Horford was not available for Saturday’s win over the Jazz, as it was Golden State’s second game in as many nights. He’ll provide additional frontcourt depth, but Horford’s days of being a viable option in most fantasy leagues are in the rearview mirror.

For the fourth time this season, Horford reached double figures in points. He only played 16 minutes on Friday, and he hasn’t hit or exceeded 20 since mid-November. Between the minutes restriction and the limited availability, with Horford not playing both games of back-to-backs, he’s a challenging player to trust in fantasy basketball, even as a streamer. The Warriors host the Jazz on Saturday, and Horford will not be available.

Horford was a legitimate game-time decision for Friday’s game, with the Warriors not announcing his availability until 10 pm Eastern. That isn’t good for the few fantasy managers who have him rostered, but the 39-year-old center has offered minimal value when available.

Horford is back on the injury report, but the probable tag suggests that he’s closer to being available than not. With Draymond Green (rest) ruled out, Horford may be asked to do a bit more, but the playing time won’t change much, if at all.

Horford did not play in Monday’s win over the Nets, an unsurprising development since it was the Warriors’ second game in as many nights. The veteran center’s return will likely result in fewer minutes for Quentin Post.

Thursday’s game was the first for Horford since December 4, and the veteran center did not wait to make a positive impression. He hit his first four three-point attempts, scoring 12 points in the first quarter. Horford did not provide much beyond the game’s first 12 minutes, logging only 11 minutes on the day. For that reason, there’s no need to add him, especially with a Sunday/Monday back-to-back on the horizon.

Horford has not appeared in a game since December 4. Given his struggles to remain healthy this season, don’t expect the veteran center to get the minutes needed to affect fantasy basketball. Leave Horford on the waiver wire.

Neither player has made much of an impact in the realm of fantasy hoops, so their availability isn’t noteworthy to managers.

Horford remains out due to sciatica, and his availability does not impact fantasy basketball. There’s no need to stash him in an IL+ slot.

Counting Thursday, Horford has been available for one of the Warriors’ last ten games. His continued absence means a few more minutes for Quinten Post, but there’s no justifying stashing Horford in an IL+ slot at this stage of his career.

Warriors coach Steve Kerr said Horford has healed, but he isn’t expected to be back to take on Phoenix. When he returns, he’ll occupy his typical role as a reserve center, which will be too limited for him to be a standard-league option.

Horford has now missed four straight and eight of Golden State’s last nine games. The clear priority is to ensure that the veteran center is healthy later in the season, so Horford’s minutes will likely be limited once he’s cleared to return. Quinten Post will continue to play consistent rotation minutes, but he offers a limited fantasy ceiling when Draymond Green is available.

Horford will have missed three games as he deals with his sciatica. The Warriors could get both Stephen Curry and Draymond Green (foot) back for that game, which would likely mean fewer minutes for guys like Pat Spencer and Quinten Post. It remains to be seen when Horford will be able to return to the court.

Horford will miss a second straight game after logging 18 minutes in Thursday’s loss to the 76ers. Quinten Post and Trayce Jackson-Davis will once again handle the responsibilities at the center position, with the former likely taking on the heavier workload.

Horford had three points in 18 minutes in Thursday’s loss to the 76ers. It was the first game action for the 39-year-old power forward since November 21. Horford will sit out Saturday’s game against the Cavaliers, but should be available for the second game of the back-to-back against the Bulls on Sunday.

Thursday’s game was the first for Horford since November 21, so, understandably, he was a bit rusty. The veteran center, who received the starting nod, shot 1-of-7 from beyond the arc in Philadelphia, missing seven straight after making his first attempt. With Draymond Green (foot) exiting at halftime and Jimmy Butler (knee) already out, the Warriors can use a healthy Horford. Unfortunately, they’ll end Week 7 with a back-to-back, so he’ll sit on either Saturday or Sunday.

Appearing in a game for the first time since November 21, Horford is part of the Warriors’ starting lineup, filling the void left by the injured Jimmy Butler III. With the 39-year-old returning from sciatica, his minutes are likely to be restricted, meaning a slight bump may be in the cards for Quinten Post.

Horford is available to make his first appearance since November 21 against the Trail Blazers. He’ll give the Warriors another option to call upon in the frontcourt, but the days when the veteran center was a lock to provide reliable production may be in the rear-view mirror.

Horford could make his return after missing Golden State’s last four games. Quinten Post and Trayce Jackson-Davis are also questionable, so the availability of all three players will impact the minutes of each. Still, if Horford plays, he’s going to see his typical role as a backup center.

Warriors coach Steve Kerr said earlier on Monday that Horford was doubtful to play against OKC, and now he has officially been ruled out, marking a fourth straight absence. It’s unclear how much longer he’ll be out, but Quinten Post and Trayce Jackson-Davis will continue to fill out the reserve center minutes with Horford unavailable.

Horford has missed the last three games, and while he is getting closer to a return, he is expected to miss at least one more. The Warriors’ training staff will reportedly work with Horford on Tuesday to have a better idea of when he will be back. Quinten Post and Trayce Jackson-Davis have played around 20 minutes per game during Golden State’s last three games, though neither has been productive enough to be worth streaming in standard leagues.

The Warriors face the Jazz on Monday in the first of three games scheduled for Week 6. Horford has been more important to the Warriors than to fantasy managers when healthy, so the impact of his absence on the latter will be minimal. With Draymond Green dealing with a sprained foot, the Warriors will need to call on Quentin Post and Trayce Jackson-Davis for more production in the short term.

Wednesday’s loss to the Heat was Golden State’s second game in as many nights, so Horford did not play. Due to the back-to-back situation and his limited minutes when available, there isn’t much to gain from rostering Horford in most fantasy leagues. He’ll have a greater impact on the Warriors’ rotation.

Horford’s role this year has been too limited and inconsistent for him to be rostered in standard leagues, but it certainly isn’t because he isn’t capable. Preserving Horford for the postseason is far more important than playing him a ton early on. This was only the third time this year that he surpassed 25 minutes, and it isn’t surprising that it led to one of his better performances. He should be left on the waiver wire, but he’ll make an impact later on this year for the Warriors.

Horford is not playing both games of back-to-backs, an approach that began during his second stint with the Celtics. Due to the availability and lackluster production, the veteran center is not worth slotting into fantasy lineups.

Horford will sit out the first leg of this back-to-back, so he should be back to take on the Spurs on Wednesday. Quinten Post should play a decent-sized role as the primary center option against the Thunder, though his fantasy impact is limited.

Tuesday’s game is the first of two in as many nights for the Warriors, who visit the Spurs on Wednesday. Horford will miss one of the games; it’s just a matter of which one. His availability impacts Quinten Post, who played 24 minutes in Sunday’s win over the Pacers. With Stephen Curry (illness) off the injury report, Post’s playing time may hold steady if Horford sits.

After missing Friday’s loss to the Nuggets with a foot injury, Horford played 18 minutes off the bench on Sunday. One positive about the veteran center/forward is that he doesn’t need to be on the floor long to provide value, as evidenced by his 4-of-6 night from beyond the arc. However, the combination of limited minutes and Horford not being available for both games of back-to-backs makes him a challenging player to roster in most leagues. And with Golden State opening Week 4 with a back-to-back, he’ll be available for three games at most.

Horford is available after missing Friday’s loss to the Nuggets with a foot injury. However, the Warriors have taken a measured approach to the veteran center’s playing time, which has limited Horford’s fantasy value. He isn’t a must-roster player in 12-team leagues.

Horford missed Friday’s game against Denver and could remain out against the Pacers. Trayce Jackson-Davis and Quinten Post would be in line for more minutes, though neither would play enough minutes to be worth streaming if Horford doesn’t suit up.
