Harden did most of his damage in the second half, scoring 14 of his 19 points in the final two quarters, after Los Angeles got off to an agonizingly slow start in this road matchup. The managed to salvage an abysmal shooting performance on the second night of a back-to-back by getting to the line a whopping 11 times. It’s been another vintage Harden season so far as he’s averaging 25.6 points, 4.8 rebounds, 7.9 assists, 1.3 steals and 0.3 blocks through 35 games.

Harden put the Clippers on his back Friday, leading the team with 31 points. The 36-year-old point guard impressively and effortlessly carved up the Nets defense, shooting 10-of-13 from the field. That will help make up for his 6-of-17 game against the Knicks earlier this week. Harden is 18th-overall in per game value this year. The Clippers will be in Detroit Saturday as they take on the Pistons on the second night of a back-to-back.

Back in the lineup after sitting out Monday’s win over the Warriors, Harden got back on track with his three-point shot in New York. After shooting 1-of-6 from three in each of his previous three games, The Beard made four of his seven attempts against the Knicks. Unfortunately for Harden and those who have him rostered, he was 2-of-10 from two. While the overall stat line was solid, the field-goal percentage took a hit in Harden’s first game of Week 12.

The 36-year-old point guard will miss the matchup against the Warriors, his first absence since December 18 against the Thunder. Kris Dunn could move into the starting lineup with Harden sidelined.

Harden is dealing with right shoulder soreness, and his late addition to the injury report does not bode well for his availability against Golden State. If Harden is unable to take the court, Kris Dunn would likely be the next man up in Los Angeles’ rotation.

Harden has tormented the Celtics over the years, but he was unable to get anything going in this one as Boston threw a combination of strong defenders at him including Derrick White, Jared Walsh and rookie standout Hugo González. The 36-year-old veteran point guard was held to less than 20 points for the first time in six games as Los Angeles’ extended win streak came to an unceremonious end. The Clippers have four games on tap next week including matchups against the Warriors, Knicks, Nets and Pistons.

Harden logged a solid performance in his 29 minutes on Thursday, leading the Clippers in assists and finishing as one of two players to score at least 20 points. Harden was one of four starters not to log any fourth-quarter minutes, as Kawhi Leonard’s 20-point takeover in the final frame allowed the Clippers to open up a big lead and rest several key players. With the additional rest, fantasy managers will hope Harden can land a big performance on Saturday against the Celtics.

The Clippers did not require much from Harden on Tuesday, as they were never challenged in the 131-90 victory. As a result, his stat line was modest in comparison to what fantasy managers have grown accustomed to. The good news for Harden managers, especially those competing in nine-cat formats, is that he did not commit a turnover, the first time that has happened this season. The Clippers end Week 11 with home games against the Jazz and Celtics on Thursday and Saturday.

Harden didn’t have his best night shooting the basketball, but that can happen when the ball is in your hands at the end of the shot clock consistently. He kept the turnovers in check, committing three, and The Beard was perfect at the foul line. Over the past two weeks, Harden has only been a fourth-round player in eight- and nine-cat formats, thanks to his shooting 40.5 percent from the field. He’ll look to clean that up during a three-game Week 11 that begins on Tuesday against the Kings.

Harden was steady throughout Friday’s win. He scored 14 first-half points before scoring nine in the third quarter, and 11 more in the fourth to help him reach the 30-point mark for the eighth time this season. The former league MVP didn’t have his usual impact as a passer, but he still tied for the team lead in assists and played a major role in the Clippers earning their third straight win. He continues to play well and put up big fantasy numbers deep into his NBA career.

Harden and Kawhi Leonard combined to score 70 of the Clippers’ 128 points, leading the team to a second consecutive win over a top Western Conference opponent. Over the past two weeks, Harden has been a third-round player in eight-cat formats, with field-goal percentage being the culprit. He’s shot just 38.6 percent from the field during this stretch, nearly five percentage points lower than his number for the season (43.5). After watching him shoot 6-of-20 from the field in Saturday’s win over the Lakers, Harden managers needed a night like Tuesday.

Harden continued his climb up the NBA’s career assists list, as he passed Andre Miller to move into 12th during Saturday’s victory. “The Beard,” who did not play in Thursday’s loss to the Nuggets, recorded his ninth double-double of the season and first since November 29. For the season, he’s providing top-10 value in eight-cat formats, exceeding his Yahoo! ADP (15) by a few spots.

Harden is back in the Clippers’ lineup after a one-game absence. His return means that Bogdan Bogdanović will head to the bench, taking on a role that makes him a non-factor in most fantasy leagues. The Clippers’ other four starters are unchanged.

Harden played through the calf issue on Monday but was a shell of himself in a blowout loss to the Grizzlies. Bogdan Bogdanović could be the replacement in the starting lineup, which would raise his fantasy ceiling. Also, Kris Dunn’s usage should increase slightly with Harden unavailable.

Harden played through a calf issue against the Grizzlies and had one of his least productive offensive outings of the season. He was held under 15 points for the third time all season failed to reach his season average in assists. The former MVP did add fantasy value by collecting at least three steals for the third game in a row. But needless to say, Monday’s performance didn’t meet the standard he’s set.

Harden will give it a go on Monday, despite battling a calf contusion. His availability for the Clippers is massive, being that he’s the team leader in points and assists per game. They’ve lost three straight games overall and will try for their first win of the season against the Grizzlies.

Harden finished Saturday’s defeat with a robust stat line, and he made some personal history. The Clippers guard moved into tenth on the NBA’s all-time scoring list, passing Carmelo Anthony. Over the past two weeks, Harden has provided top-25 value in eight-cat formats, one round behind his season-long value. Turnovers remain an issue for the veteran guard, but most fantasy managers understand what they’re getting into at this point in Harden’s career.

Harden’s numbers were down on Friday across the board, as he put forth one of his least productive outings of the season. He finished with fewer than 20 points for just the 15th time this season, which didn’t appear would be the case after scoring 13 first-quarter points. He was also unproductive on the glass and didn’t provide his usual level of impact as a passer. All in all, it was an unspectacular performance from the former league MVP, relative to what type of numbers he’s usually putting up. Fantasy managers will hope Harden can bounce back against the Timberwolves on Saturday.

Harden bounced back after an 11-point outing in the loss to the Heat on Monday. The 36-year-old point guard dropped 27 points as he led the Clippers in the win over the Hawks on Wednesday. Despite the Clippers’ down season, Harden has returned first-round value so far this year.

Harden struggled in this game and didn’t end up getting an opportunity to step up in the second half. Clippers coach Tyronn Lue subbed him out a little over a minute into the third quarter, and he didn’t check back in. Harden has been a bright spot in a rough season for the Clippers, but this was the opposite; they were outscored by 39 points in a 17-point loss during his 20 minutes on the floor. Harden will look to get back on track in Atlanta on Wednesday.

Harden recorded his second double-double in as many nights on Saturday, but the efficiency was missing. In addition to the poor shooting from the field, The Beard was responsible for seven of the Clippers’ 18 turnovers. Harden has only been a top-75 player over the last week, and the average of five turnovers per game has a lot to do with that. That said, fantasy managers know what they’re getting into when they roster Harden. The Clippers play four games in Week 7.

Harden recorded his seventh double-double of the season on Friday, but the field-goal percentage will leave some fantasy managers disappointed. However, the Clippers guard has still been a top-10 player over the past two weeks in eight- and nine-cat formats. Given Harden’s overall production, the occasional efficiency issues aren’t a significant concern for most fantasy managers.

As expected, Harden once again led the way offensively for the Clippers. While all five starters finished in double figures, there were no other 20-point scorers as the Clippers fell to 5-13. The only negative for Harden right now is the turnover category. He recorded five turnovers on Tuesday and is averaging 3.8 per game on the season. However, despite that high number, he’s still providing first-round value in 12-team formats. The Clippers end Week 6 with a Friday/Saturday back-to-back.

Harden was magnificent as he took apart the Hornets offensively. The 36-year-old point guard made history with his 55-point effort, setting the Clippers’ franchise record. It was also Harden’s 25th 50-point game of his career, tying him with Kobe Bryant and trialing only Wilt Chamberlain and Michael Jordan. Harden’s 28.4 points per game this year is his best since 2020, when he won the scoring title. Kawhi Leonard is due back from injury on Sunday, but don’t expect Harden to slow down.
