Rui Hachimura enters the starting unit, replacing Drew Timme. The Lakers have lost three straight games, have recently dropped a spot in the Western Conference standings, and are currently the fourth seed. They’ll hope the lineup change can help get the team back in the win column.

Hachimura shot the ball well from the field, making 70 percent of his attempts. The points and rebounds were solid, but the overall output was underwhelming, especially with the Lakers not having Luka Dončić (hamstring), Austin Reaves (oblique) or LeBron James (foot). With James considered day-to-day and the other two out until the playoffs at a minimum, the Lakers will need more production from Hachimura.

Back in the starting lineup due to injuries to Luka Dončić and Austin Reaves, Hachimura finished Sunday’s defeat with his first 20-point game since February 12. He did not offer much value beyond points, rebounds and three-pointers, but Hachimura has long been a better option for points leagues than category leagues. For those competing in leagues that will be active in Week 24, Hachimura is rostered in just 10 percent of Yahoo! leagues. He is worth adding, especially with the Lakers playing four games.

Hachimura was pushed back to the bench for this game with Luka Dončić back in the lineup after serving a one-game suspension on Monday. Hachimura scored 14 points as a starter in that game and added 14 more in this one, though he didn’t contribute much in other categories, which has been the case all season. Hachimura is a strong rotation piece for the Lakers, but he shouldn’t be relied on in fantasy basketball.

The Lakers won’t have Luka Dončić for Monday’s game, as he is serving a one-game suspension for accumulating 16 technical fouls. Hachimura moves into the starting lineup, while the Lakers will look to Reaves and James to handle the playmaking.

Hachimura will be back following a two-game absence. Jarred Vanderbilt and Maxi Kleber will likely take on smaller roles, and with Marcus Smart (ankle) still out, Hachimura could take on a few extra minutes off the bench with Jake LaRavia starting.

Hachimura has missed the Lakers’ last two games, robbing the Lakers of some depth off the bench. While Maxi Kleber and Jarred Vanderbilt have been in the rotation, neither has done enough to merit rostering in fantasy leagues.

Hachimura was initially listed as questionable, but he will miss a second straight game with this calf injury. Luke Kennard should once again fill out the majority of the wing minutes off the bench.

Hachimura could miss a second straight game with this calf injury. Marcus Smart (ankle) is out again, and Jake LaRavia started in his place on Monday. However, there is a chance Hachimura fills that starting spot if he plays, though he should at least see a boost in minutes either way.

Hachimura’s availability is more impactful, as he has consistently logged rotation minutes off the bench. If he can’t play on Monday, Jarred Vanderbilt could enter the rotation after picking up a DNP-CD in Saturday’s win over the Magic. As for Kleber, he has not appeared in a game since March 8. If available, his minutes are likely to be limited.

With LeBron James (elbow, foot) unavailable, Hachimura made his 32nd start of the season and first since February 12. While he did shoot the ball reasonably well in his 23 minutes, the 6-foot-8 forward did not offer much value outside of points and three-pointers. Jake LaRavia played 16 minutes off the bench, finishing with eight points (3-of-7 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs) and two rebounds.

The Lakers won’t have LeBron James (elbow, foot) or Deandre Ayton (knee) for Friday’s game. Hachimura and Hayes move into the starting lineup, and both players are worth streaming in deeper fantasy leagues due to the Lakers’ lack of frontcourt depth.

Hachimura is set to return after missing Saturday’s win over the Warriors with an illness. His return could cut into Luke Kennard’s minutes, though Hachimura could also take on more importance if LeBron James (foot) is ruled out.

Hachimura missed Thursday’s loss to the Suns and was listed as doubtful for Saturday’s game against the Warriors, so his absence isn’t much of a surprise. Jake LaRavia and Luke Kennard should continue to see more minutes with Hachimura sidelined.

Hachimura did not play in Thursday’s loss to the Suns and appears likely to remain sidelined on Saturday. His absence led to more minutes for Jake LaRavia and Luke Kennard, with the former offering a slightly higher fantasy ceiling.

Hachimura, one of the Lakers’ most important reserves, is dealing with an illness. If he’s unable to go, the Lakers will rely a bit more on fellow reserve Jake LaRavia.

With Austin Reaves still under a minutes restriction, Hachimura was JJ Redick’s choice to replace the injured Luka Dončić (hamstring) in the starting lineup on Saturday. He was effective as a scorer, shooting 70 percent from the field overall and 4-of-5 from beyond the arc. Unfortunately, fantasy managers didn’t receive much else from Hachimura. As long as Luka is out and Reaves’ minutes are restricted, Rui should remain in the starting lineup.

Already without Luka Dončić for Saturday’s game, the Lakers will also be without Deandre Ayton. As a result, Hachimura and Hayes will start. Austin Reaves is still limited to 25 minutes, so he will come off the bench.

Hachimura recorded one of his best games of January, scoring over 20 points for the first time since early November. The points came from efficient jump shooting and strong contributions from the three-point line. And although Hachimura didn’t make much noise in any other areas of the game, his scoring output on Monday should serve as another encouraging sign that the seventh-year forward has found his rhythm on offense again, having now totaled 40 points over the past two games. His production will be useful for the Lakers going forward, as they look to extend their winning streak to three games on Wednesday against the Cavaliers.

Since making his return from a strained calf on January 13, Hachimura’s playing time has increased steadily. Thursday’s game was the second straight in which he logged 28 minutes, and the Lakers’ forward was solid. The question now is whether Hachimura is locked into the reserve role or will he reclaim his place in the starting lineup. Jake LaRavia (7/5/1/3/4 with two three-pointers) was highly productive as a defender on Thursday, but he only played 22 minutes as the starter. That’s something to be mindful of as the Lakers move forward.

Hachimura was absent from the Lakers’ injury report for Monday’s game, and he was in uniform. However, he saw no action. Jake LaRavia remained in the starting lineup, playing 31 minutes and finishing with two points (1-of-7 FGs), two rebounds, three assists and one steal. During his postgame press conference, Lakers head coach JJ Redick said that Hachimura did not play since he wasn’t available for both games of the back-to-back. He’ll play on Tuesday against the Hawks, albeit on a severe minutes restriction.

Hachimura is available after missing the last six games with a calf injury. Jake LaRavia may remain in the starting lineup for another game if the former is under a minutes restriction in his first game back. Managers in deep leagues should hold onto LaRavia until the dust settles on the Lakers’ rotation.

Hachimura has missed the Lakers’ last five games with a strained right calf, and a return to action may not be far away. If he’s able to play on Friday, Jake LaRavia will be the player most affected. While LaRavia’s minutes would decrease, he may be worth holding onto in deep leagues to account for a potential minutes restriction for Hachimura.

Counting Sunday’s game against the Grizzlies, Hachimura has missed the last three games with a calf injury. And, based on Lakers head coach JJ Redick’s words on Sunday, the forward will miss at least two more games. The Lakers have a Tuesday/Wednesday back-to-back on the road against the Pelicans and Spurs, and Hachimura will not travel. There’s a chance that he gets in some practice time with the Lakers’ G League affiliate while the team is away, but that isn’t guaranteed. Jake LaRavia will continue to start until Hachimura is healthy enough to play.

Due to a sore right calf, Hachimura did not practice on Monday and was ruled out for Tuesday’s game against the Pistons. Unfortunately, that won’t be the only game he misses, as the forward is expected to miss about one week, according to his head coach. Jake LaRavia has been Hachimura’s replacement in the starting lineup in the past, and that may be the case for this most recent injury as well.

Due to a sore right calf, Hachimura did not participate in Monday’s practice. His absence will open up a spot in the Lakers’ starting lineup, with Jake LaRavia being the most likely replacement. With only four games on the schedule, LaRavia will be worth streaming in deep leagues.

Before Thursday’s loss to the Rockets, Hachimura missed two games with a groin injury. Lakers head coach JJ Redick said that the forward is “banged up” but did not specify what injuries he may be dealing with. Hachimura should be considered questionable for Tuesday’s game against the Pistons, with Jake LaRavia being the likely replacement if he can’t play.

Back in the Lakers’ lineup after missing two games with a groin injury, Hachimura offered little value in his 28 minutes. In addition to missing all six of his shot attempts, the Lakers forward only grabbed two rebounds. That equalled the tally of Deandre Ayton, who supplemented his two boards with 10 points on 5-of-6 shooting. The Lakers are off until Sunday; hopefully, that’s enough time for Hachimura to shake off the rust after a poor showing on Christmas Day.
