Mainly a player who’s only worth a look for category league managers needing three-pointers, Hardaway has reached double figures in six of his last eight appearances. Wednesday’s production included solid rebound and assist totals, with THJ being one of the players asked to do a bit more when Jamal Murray (illness) did not return for the second half. Unfortunately, that has not been the norm for Hardaway this season. The only way anything changes regarding his short-term fantasy outlook is if Murray misses additional time.

24 hours after he scored 25 points while hitting seven triples, THJ was able to remain hot in this game. His value has always been tied to how many shots he can hit from beyond the arc, and he is incredibly streaky. Managers can certainly ride the hot hand and get some solid production out of him, but he can always randomly go cold, which makes him a risky player to roster. Still, this was another strong night from beyond the arc for him.

After shooting 7-of-18 from three in his prior two appearances, Hardaway knocked down seven triples on Thursday. That number matched his season high, which he’s recorded on two other occasions. Add in the rebounds and assists, and this was an excellent night for the 13 percent of Yahoo! managers who have Hardaway on their rosters. Unfortunately, the production has not been consistent enough to warrant trusting him in 12-team leagues.

Hardaway wasn’t the most efficient shooter on Friday, but his scoring was massive in helping the undermanned Nuggets secure a victory. More than half of the field goals he made came from beyond the arc, and he made a couple of big free throws late in this one to help give Denver some cushion. Hardaway has sustained his scoring production throughout the year and has performed really well in January. He’s been a nice addition to this Nuggets bench.

Hardaway’s knee contusion did not sideline him for Sunday’s loss to the Hornets, but he struggled in his 13 minutes on the floor. Capable of bouncing back with a quality showing against the Lakers, THJ is only worth the risk in deep redraft leagues.

THJ is managing a knee contusion, but it isn’t expected to keep him out of the lineup. He remains a streaky option for fantasy managers; he only had six points in 13 minutes on Sunday after scoring 30 points on Saturday. He should occupy his typical role off the bench against Los Angeles.

Three games removed from scoring 25 points in a win over the Bucks, Hardaway had his most productive outing since joining the Nuggets last offseason. Shooting 5-of-11 from beyond the arc, he recorded his first 30-point game of the season. Unfortunately, Hardaway didn’t provide much beyond points, three-pointers and percentages, but that’s to be expected, given his fantasy profile. No Nikola Jokić in the rotation does give Hardaway a slightly higher fantasy ceiling, but not to where he becomes a must-roster player in standard leagues.

It’s no secret that Denver has been dealing with an avalanche of injury issues to their superstars and supporting cast this season. Somehow, they haven’t reached a tipping point yet, despite losing Jamal Murray (ankle, illness) earlier this week. Hardaway provided a spark off the bench in this one, knocking down 5-of-9 attempts from beyond the arc to notch his second 25-point effort in his last four games. He offers some appeal as a streaky scoring threat in deeper fantasy leagues.

Hardaway has scored at least 16 points in five straight games, moving into the starting lineup for the last four. With Nikola Jokić injuring his left knee, the Nuggets played the second half without four starters. While Hardaway can be a mixed bag offensively, he may be worth picking up in some 12-team leagues for at least the remainder of Week 11 due to the injuries.

Hardaway, who drew the starting assignment with Aaron Gordon (hamstring), Christian Braun (ankle) and Cameron Johnson (knee) out of action, drained a go-ahead three-pointer with just over two minutes left in regulation to put the Nuggets back in front during a back-and-forth affair. The 33-year-old journeyman has scored at least 19 points in four consecutive games, offering some appeal for fantasy managers in deeper leagues.

In Denver’s first game without Cameron Johnson (knee), THJ slid into the starting unit. He provided floor spacing and buckets, which is what he will continue to do as long as he is starting. Aaron Gordon (hamstring) and Christian Braun (ankle) will likely return long before Johnson, which could impact THJ’s place in the lineup. However, he can be considered a decent streaming option in points leagues, though he has never been a consistent producer.

Thursday’s game is the first for Denver since losing Cameron Johnson to a right knee injury during Tuesday’s loss to the Mavericks. He’ll be replaced in the lineup by Hardaway, whose fantasy ceiling is raised with the move into the starting lineup.

Hardaway has put together back-to-back strong games off the bench. He’s typically a streaky shooter, but after scoring 21 points on six triples on Monday, he matched his season high for points and three-pointers in this one. Cameron Johnson injured his knee in this game, which could open up a starting spot for THJ if Johnson ends up missing time. If it doesn’t, it will at least open up more minutes and shots for him. However, he doesn’t contribute much value in other categories, which limits his fantasy impact.

Saturday’s game was the second for Denver since losing Peyton Watson to an injury suffered during Monday’s win over the Rockets. While Bruce Brown received the starting nod on Thursday, it was Hardaway’s turn to fill the void on Saturday. The veteran guard did not offer much value outside of two three-pointers. As for Brown, he finished with 12 points, 12 rebounds, one assist, two steals and one blocked shot in 28 minutes off the bench. While Hardaway may be able to do more as a scorer, Brown is better equipped to fill the entire stat line.

While Bruce Brown moved into the starting lineup for Thursday’s win over the Magic to account for Peyton Watson’s absence, he will not retain that role on Saturday. Hardaway, who offers a higher ceiling as a scorer, moves into the starting lineup. Brown will still get quality minutes off the bench, but his value takes a hit with the lineup change.

Hardaway is good to go after being listed as questionable on the initial injury report. With Peyton Watson (trunk) joining Christian Braun and Aaron Gordon on the sidelines, there’s a high likelihood that Hardaway will be in the starting lineup.

Hardaway played a season-high 39 minutes in Monday’s win over the Rockets, starting the second half due to Peyton Watson’s early exit. If Watson can’t play on Thursday, Hardaway could be moved into the starting lineup, provided he’s healthy. If so, he would be worth streaming in deep leagues.

Hardaway played a season-high 39 minutes on Monday, with Peyton Watson’s first-quarter injury being the reason. THJ, who hit double figures for the ninth straight game, started the third quarter and was part of the Nuggets’ closing lineup in regulation as well as overtime. If Watson misses time, Hardaway would be worth a look in deeper leagues, especially with Christian Braun and Aaron Gordon also sidelined.

Hardaway has played a consistent role off the bench for Denver this year, but this was one of his best performances. He matched his season high for points while also setting a new season high for three-pointers. THJ will continue to play an important role for the Nuggets, but his production will be too volatile for him to be considered a player worth rostering in standard leagues.

With Christian Braun (ankle) set to miss at least six weeks, THJ was able to slide into the starting lineup and take advantage of the larger opportunity. He has been a streaky shooter throughout his career, and his shot was falling in this one. He should remain a starter, and with Nikola Jokić feeding him open looks, THJ should have no problem getting plenty of shots from deep. When they’re going in, he’s a valuable streaming option.

Hardaway Jr. had the hot hand against Minnesota and displayed it during the third quarter of Monday’s contest. In the period, he connected on all five of his shot attempts and went 3-of-3 from beyond the arc before finishing the frame with 15 points. His production in that quarter alone helped the Nuggets turn an eight-point halftime deficit into an eight-point lead after three quarters. Hardaway finished as one of three Denver players to score at least 20 points.

Hardaway Jr. started and played 22 minutes, but when the Nuggets have all their starters playing he’s going to come off the bench. Still, the 33-year-old shooting guard showed he still has something left in the tank with the Pistons last year. Playing with Nikola Jokic always helps and there will be opportunities for Hardaway Jr. with the Nuggets this year. He can certainly provide some scoring and threes for fantasy managers in a pinch.
