This update has Harris being re-evaluated on Jan. 17. He missed Thursday’s game after an early exit on Tuesday. Isaiah Stewart started in his stead, but with Jalen Duren (ankle) set to miss at least one week, Stewart will start at center. That means Javonte Green, Ron Holland and Paul Reed will take on extra minutes for the next couple weeks, with one of them taking on the open starting spot.

Harris was hurt in Tuesday’s game against the Lakers and was previously listed as doubtful, but he will now officially miss this contest. Isaiah Stewart started the second half for Harris and has previously performed well while starting alongside Cade Cunningham and Jalen Duren. He would be worth a look in fantasy leagues as long as Harris remains out.

Harris only played six minutes before exiting Tuesday’s win over the Lakers with a sprained left hip. Isaiah Stewart started the second half for the Pistons and had an excellent game with 15 points on 6-of-6 shooting from the field. Stewart, Javonte Green and Ron Holland would all be candidates to start Thursday if Harris is indeed ruled out.

Harris played six minutes before exiting with a sprained left hip, and he has since been ruled out for the rest of the night. Even with Caris LeVert (knee) already out, the Pistons have ample depth to compensate for Harris’ early exit. Isaiah Stewart and Ron Holland are two players whose minutes should increase with Harris sidelined.

Harris has scored in double figures in four straight and five of his last six games. While the scoring has been relatively consistent, the veteran forward’s fantasy value has remained relatively low. Over the past two weeks, Harris has been ranked just outside the top-150 in eight-cat formats. Rostered in 33 percent of Yahoo! leagues, some fantasy managers will have to determine if holding onto Harris is worth it. His ceiling is considerably lower than in seasons past, due in part to Detroit’s improved depth.

For just the fourth time this season and first since December 3, Harris has scored at least 20 points in a game. Tuesday’s final tally was two shy of the veteran forward’s season-high. Given Detroit’s depth, Harris’s fantasy ceiling and floor have taken a hit this season. Over the last two weeks, he’s ranked outside the top-150 in eight-cat formats, which is where his season-long value lies as well. Deep-league managers shouldn’t drop Harris immediately, but taking a swing on a player with higher upside wouldn’t be a bad idea.

Harris didn’t finish Monday’s victory with the most prolific stat line, but he was the only other Pistons starter to join Cade Cunningham in double figures. Over the past two weeks, the veteran forward’s fantasy value has slipped, a byproduct of limited defensive production and Harris shooting 40.9 percent from the field. While he has shown himself capable of providing excellent fantasy value in the past, Detroit’s depth limits Harris’ ceiling, and his floor may also take a hit.

Harris will make his return to the starting lineup after being out for a week with an ankle injury. His return gives the Pistons their opening-night starting unit, which will move Isaiah Stewart back to a reserve role to bolster Detroit’s bench. The Pistons have won four of their past five games and currently sit atop the Eastern Conference standings with a 19-5 record.

Harris will not play on Saturday after logging 31 minutes in Friday’s win over the Trail Blazers. Isaiah Stewart is the most likely replacement in the starting lineup, and Beef Stew would be worth a look in deep leagues.

Harris had 10 points in 31 minutes in the win over the Trail Blazers on Friday. Isaiah Stewart could move into the starting lineup if Harris sits out the second game of a back-to-back against the Bucks on Saturday.

Harris has now had at least 20 points in two of his last three games. That’s a good sign for the 33-year-old small forward who returned from an ankle injury last month. Harris is a reliable fantasy option when healthy.

A double-digit scorer in all five games he’s played since returning from a sprained ankle, Harris had his best night of the season in Miami. He recorded his second 20-point game, exceeding his previous high of 23 (October 29 vs. Orlando). Harris remains outside the top-100 in nine-cat formats, but that’s due mainly to the sprained ankle and time that he missed. He isn’t a prolific fantasy option, but Tobias will provide reliable value when available. The Pistons play four games during Week 7.

Harris’ 18 points are the most he’s scored in a game since returning from a sprained ankle, matching his tally in Detroit’s November 22 win over the Bucks. He had another efficient night on Friday, shooting over 50 percent from the field, while doing a good job on the glass. At this stage in his career, Harris isn’t going to “wow” fantasy managers, but he will provide consistent value. Rostered in 37 percent of Yahoo! leagues, he’s ranked just outside the top-75 in nine-cat formats over the past two weeks.

Saturday’s game was the first for Harris in three weeks, and he was inserted into the starting lineup immediately. The veteran forward looked relatively sharp, with the time off and the game being a blowout likely factoring into his playing time. Isaiah Stewart, who started at the four in Harris’s absence, played 23 minutes off the bench, finishing with seven points, two rebounds, one assist, three blocks and one three-pointer. Beef Stew can still provide tangible fantasy value, but his ceiling is a lot lower with Harris in the lineup.

Saturday’s game will be the first for Harris since November 1, when he sprained his ankle during a win over the Mavericks. Isaiah Stewart has filled in admirably at the power forward position, but he’s headed to the bench. Harris’ return also impacts Paul Reed, who may fall out of the rotation entirely. Joining Harris in the starting lineup are Cade Cunningham, Duncan Robinson, Ausar Thompson and Jalen Duren.

Sidelined since November 1, Harris is questionable for Saturday’s game. However, he was also questionable for Tuesday’s game against the Hawks but did not play. If he can play against the Bucks, Harris’ availability affects Isaiah Stewart, who has been filling in as the starting power forward. Regardless of what happens, fantasy managers should continue to roster Stewart in deeper leagues and some 12-team formats as well.

Harris has not appeared in a game since November 1, and that will not change on Tuesday. The good news for Detroit is that Cade Cunningham and Ausar Thompson are available. Isaiah Stewart has served as the starting power forward recently and should retain that role until Harris returns.

Tobi hasn’t played since November 1, but he’s got a chance to return following an eight-game layoff. If Harris is forced to sit out another game, Ronald Holland II and Isaiah Stewart will continue to pick up the slack for him.

Harris is progressing day-to-day, according to Bickerstaff. It’s unclear when fantasy managers can expect Harris back on the court again. The typical recovery time for a high-ankle sprain is 4-6 weeks. Ron Holland is in line for another start against the Wizards on Monday with Harris and Isaiah Stewart (ankle) sidelined.

Harris will miss his fifth straight game, and it’s unclear when he’ll be available to return. Stewart has been starting in his place, and with Stewart out, Ron Holland should be in line for a spot start against the Wizards. Holland is worth streaming in deeper leagues, though Jalen Duren should see the biggest bump in usage.

Harris will remain out for a fourth straight game, which has allowed Isaiah Stewart to start. However, Stewart is doubtful with an ankle injury. Ron Holland started the third quarter in place of Stewart on Friday and should be in line to start against Philly.

This will be a third straight absence for Harris, which means a third straight start for Isaiah Stewart. Beef Stew has averaged 18 points, 10 rebounds, 3.5 blocks and 2.0 three-pointers per game as a starter during the Pistons’ last two games and should be in for another strong performance.

Harris will miss a second consecutive game after spraining his right ankle during Saturday’s win over the Mavericks. Isaiah Stewart was sensational as his replacement in the lineup on Monday and should get another start, especially with the Jazz employing a bigger frontcourt.

Harris will miss at least one game after spraining his right ankle during Saturday’s win over the Mavericks. Isaiah Stewart will move into the starting lineup, increasing his fantasy appeal. Caris LeVert is someone else to consider, as his playing time will increase with Harris unavailable.

Harris sprained his right ankle during the second quarter of Saturday’s win over the Mavericks. However, he was on the floor to begin the second half and would play 35 minutes overall. If Harris cannot play on Monday, Ron Holland and Javonte Green will figure more prominently in the Pistons’ rotation.

Harris had a challenging night in Mexico City, injuring his right ankle during the first half. The good news is that he returned, starting the third quarter, and played 35 minutes. That said, Harris never looked entirely comfortable after the injury and struggled with his shot throughout. While he isn’t too far off from his Yahoo! ADP (118), Harris is shooting just 39.4 percent from the field. The ankle injury is more concerning, especially with the Pistons visiting the Grizzlies on Monday in the first of four games they’ll play during Week 3.

Harris was excellent against the Cavaliers on Tuesday. Without Cade Cunningham and Jaden Ivey, the 33-year-old power forward was the primary scoring option for the Pistons. He made 5-of-11 attempts from the field and went 7-of-9 from the free throw line. Harris is in line for another significant role with the Pistons this year, making him a nice selection in the middle rounds of fantasy basketball drafts.

Harris has been the Pistons’ best defensive matchup for Knicks big Karl-Anthony Towns, even on nights when KAT goes off. Tobias was outstanding defensively in Game 5, with the six “stocks” being the most he’s recorded in a game this series, and Towns shot 5-of-14 from the field. The veteran Pistons forward was also solid offensively, stepping up in a big way to extend the series to Game 6. Detroit will host the Knicks on Thursday night, and Little Caesars Arena is expected to be electric.

After scoring 24 points in Game 1, Harris didn’t have as much success as a scorer on Monday. However, he was able to make a big impact on the glass. He was one of three Pistons to grab at least 12 rebounds in a game where they outrebounded the Knicks 48-34. That ended up being a big factor in this game. Harris was ran out of Philadelphia for his poor postseason performances, but his first two games with Detroit have been great. He’ll look to keep it going in Game 3 in Detroit on Thursday.

Saturday’s series opener was a tale of two halves for Harris. Shooting 7-of-10 from the field, he scored 22 points in the first half. Harris would only attempt three shots after halftime, going silent as the Pistons went from leading by eight at the end of the third quarter to trailing by 13 due to a 21-0 Knicks run. While the overall line was encouraging, the Pistons need a more consistent Harris if they’re to win this series. Game 2 is on Monday night.
