Walker signed with the 76ers right after the All-Star break and ended up having a solid season for them, albeit in just 20 appearances. He ended it on a high note with new season highs for both points and three-pointers. He averaged 12.4 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.3 triples in 23.8 minutes per game this season. The 76ers have a team option to keep Walker for another season, but with the team healthy heading into next year, it’s unlikely that he replicates these numbers.

Walker came off the bench to begin Saturday’s game, but was ultimately inserted into the lineup to start the third quarter after Justin Edwards was ruled out for the night with a rib contusion. For fantasy managers whose leagues run through Week 23, Walker would have value during Philadelphia’s four-game week if Edwards has to miss time. And Monday’s game against Miami would be a prime streaming opportunity since only two games are on the schedule.

Walker IV entered the starting five in place of Quentin Grimes and led the team in scoring. Walker IV knocked down 10-of-18 shots, and he got teammates involved with a team-high assist total in the process. Philadelphia has just seven games left in the season, and Walker IV is a guy who could see a major bump in playing time for that final stretch due to numerous and mounting injuries.

Walker has been out with concussion issues, missing seven of the last eight games. The 26-year-old shooting guard practiced in full on Friday and is ready to return against the Heat Saturday. His return could cut into the playing time for Ricky Council IV.

Walker missed four games with a concussion, then he exited early after playing 11 minutes in his return and has missed Philadelphia’s last three games. It appears that he is on track to play against Miami on Saturday, which would likely take away minutes from Ricky Council IV. It is also worth noting that Tyrese Maxey, Kelly Oubre Jr. and Andre Drummond were all partial participants in practice, but there still isn’t a timeline for their return. At this point, is anyone expecting them to play again this season? Philly is in a tight race at the top of the lottery, and they’re trying to stay in the top six to avoid their pick going to the Thunder. Playing anyone that is going to help them win games would be counterproductive.

Due to a concussion and a head injury, Walker has missed six of Philadelphia’s last seven games. A sprained neck will sideline him for Wednesday’s game against the Wizards, leaving the 76ers light on players on the wing. Ricky Council IV and recent signing Marcus Bagley will play increased minutes, with the former in the starting lineup. Council is worthy of streaming consideration in deep leagues.

Walker missed four games with a concussion before returning last Friday against the Spurs, but he subsequently left that game after playing 11 minutes with a head injury. Walker sat out Sunday’s game against the Hawks with a concussion and will do the same Monday. There will be more minutes for Ricky Council IV and Jalen Hood-Schifino in his absence.

Walker returned from a four-game absence due to a concussion only to leave Friday’s game as a precaution with a mild headache. Ricky Council IV and Jalen Hood-Schifino can fill in the vacated minutes for the 76ers.

Following a four-game absence, Walker will be back in the lineup. He should immediately play plenty of minutes for the shorthanded 76ers, and that should take away time from Ricky Council IV and Jalen Hood-Schifino.

Walker is expected to be back after missing Philadelphia’s last four games. Ricky Council IV and Jalen Hood-Schifino should both lose out on some minutes to make room for Walker in the rotation.

Walker suffered a concussion in the first half of Wednesday’s game against Toronto, and it will keep him sidelined for Friday’s game at least. Ricky Council IV and Jeff Dowtin Jr. both played significant reserve roles on Wednesday and should continue to see extra minutes with Walker sidelined.

With Kelly Oubre Jr. (ankle) and Andre Drummond (illness) both sidelined, Walker IV was able to start for the first time this season. He was able to contribute decent value, but a poor shooting night limited his overall impact in an increased role. It was also a bit of a letdown after he had 25 points, 11 rebounds and five assists in Philadelphia’s previous game. If they continue to deal with injuries in Toronto on Wednesday, Walker IV may continue to hold some value as a streaming option, though he will hopefully shoot the ball better in that one.

Walker and Butler will both move into the starting lineup with Kelly Oubre Jr. (ankle) and Andre Drummond (illness) sitting. This will be Butler’s second start of the season, while Walker will make his first start of the year after contributing 25 points, 11 rebounds and five assists in Sunday’s win.

Walker, who grew up in Reading, Pennsylvania, put on a show Sunday night. The former first-round pick tallied season-highs in points, rebounds, and assists and helped lead the 76ers to a win. With Tyrese Maxey and Paul George dealing with injuries, Walker will have more opportunities before the season concludes. One good night doesn’t automatically make him a player worth adding for Philadelphia’s four-game Week 19, but he should be on the streaming radar for managers competing in deep leagues.

He also added a rebound and three assists. Has Walker IV officially entered the “silly season” conversation? The Sixers are 20 games under .500, Joel Embiid is done for the season, and Tyrese Maxey and Paul George are shutdown candidates. Philadelphia will need to lean on guys like Walker IV to fill in the missing spots in the lineup, so don’t rule out that he could make some noise as a points and threes specialist for the final stretch of the season. A resurgent end of season run for Walker IV would certainly be an interesting topic for Paul George’s podcast.
