There’s just one change to the Hawks’ starting lineup for Tuesday’s game, with Koloko replacing Mouhamed Gueye. While he isn’t starting, Gueye will still figure prominently in the rotation since Onyeka Okongwu and Kristaps Porziņǵis remain out.

With Onyeka Okongwu (mouth) sidelined for this game, Koloko got his first start as a Hawk. With Okongwu ruled out for Saturday’s game against Indiana, he should get the nod again in what will be a more favorable matchup for him. Koloko didn’t do much scoring, but he was decent on the glass and was able to contribute defensively. He’ll hold streaming upside in another start against the Pacers, but managers shouldn’t expect a monster performance.

Atlanta will be incredibly shorthanded for this game, with Jalen Johnson (calf) and Onyeka Okongwu (mouth) both sidelined. Krejci and Koloko will join the starting group, and there should be extra minutes off the bench available for Mouhamed Gueye and Asa Newell.

Koloko backed up Onyeka Okongwu (12/10/2 with a block in 31 minutes) at center, and he logged more minutes than Mouhamed Gueye (seven points and six rebounds in 13 minutes). Koloko is on a two-way deal, but he could see meaningful minutes until Kristaps Porziņǵis (Achilles) returns to the lineup. The former is worth a look in deep leagues only.

Koloko has spent time with both the Lakers and Grizzlies this season and will now get a chance with Atlanta. With how much time Kristaps Porzingis was missed recently, Koloko should get the chance to fill out minutes as the backup center for the Hawks, though it is unlikely he plays a significant role for them.

For the first time this season, Koloko got the starting nod. This was only his fifth game with Memphis, and while he had taken on a larger role in recent games, he still played fewer minutes than Santi Aldama, who he replaced in the starting lineup. Aldama played 36 minutes off the bench and finished with 15 points, six rebounds, two assists and four blocks. Even if this lineup doesn’t change, Aldama will remain a standard league option.

Despite Santi Aldama and Jock Landale being available for Tuesday’s game, the Grizzlies have thrown fantasy managers a curveball. Koloko will start, conceivably to help keep the other Grizzlies bigs out of early foul trouble with Philadelphia’s Joel Embiid available. This is an excellent opportunity for Koloko, whose 10-day contract is winding down.

With Zach Edey on the shelf, the Grizzlies have relied on Santi Aldama and Jock Landale to hold things down at center. Koloko will provide depth at a position of need, but he’s unlikely to see enough run to merit an add in standard fantasy leagues.

Koloko will remain with the Lakers for another season, though he likely won’t see the floor often behind Deandre Ayton and Jaxson Hayes. Both Koloko and Manon, who played for the Warriors during summer league, will likely spend most of next season in the G League.

Koloko, who was on a two-way contract last season, is a restricted free agent after the team picked up his two-way qualifying offer. Performances like the one he put forth on Saturday will only help the center’s chances of catching on somewhere, even if it’s another two-way contract. Koloko is not worth targeting in fantasy drafts, even if he were to remain with the Lakers. In addition to bringing in Deandre Ayton, the Lakers re-signed Jaxson Hayes on a one-year deal.
