According to Landale, he was sitting on the plane, ready to head to Utah, when he was told that he was going to Atlanta instead. And it’s a good thing for the Hawks that they got in on that trade. Making his Hawks’ debut against the Jazz, the 6-foot-11 center became the second player in franchise history to record at least 25 points, 10 rebounds and five assists in his debut, joining Glenn Robinson. At a minimum, Landale needs to be rostered as long as the Hawks are without Onyeka Okongwu (mouth).

Acquired from the Jazz on Wednesday, Landale will start his Hawks’ debut against Utah. The former Grizzlies center was initially sent west as part of the Jaren Jackson Jr. deal, and the Hawks later acquired him from Utah. With Onyeka Okongwu (mouth) out, Landale is worth rostering, as he was when he was filling in for Zach Edey in Memphis.

Landale was traded to the Hawks on Wednesday. While the big man was technically dealt from the Jazz, he never actually played a game for Utah, being traded from Minnesota there on Tuesday as part of the Jaren Jackson Jr. trade before being shipped off to Atlanta. With Onyeka Okongwu (mouth) out and Kristaps Porzingis now on the Warriors, Landale could potentially start on Thursday. However, we’d wait and see before adding him in fantasy leagues.

Landale, who was included in the deal that sent Jaren Jackson Jr. to Utah, is on the move for the second time in as many games. If he stays in Atlanta, the 6-foot-11 center may be able to offer tangible fantasy value in the short term, as Onyeka Okongwu and Kristaps Porziņǵis are both out due to injury. Those who held onto Landale after the Jazz trade should wait to see what happens before moving on.

Landale will join Jackson Jr., John Konchar and Vince Williams Jr. in Salt Lake City as Walter Clayton Jr., Taylor Hendricks, Kyle Anderson and three first-round picks go to Memphis. Landale will provide depth at a crowded position in Utah, and unless additional moves are made to clear that logjam, his role will take a major blow with the change of scenery.

Santi Aldama (knee) is not available for Wednesday’s game, making it three of the last four that he’s missed. Landale returns to the starting lineup, which raises his fantasy ceiling. That’s the lone change to the Grizzlies’ starting five.

Landale will be back after a one-game absence. Santi Aldama started in his place, but more often than not recently, Aldama has come off the bench, while Landale has started. That will likely happen against Charlotte, though even if it doesn’t, both players should play enough to provide standard league value.

Landale was questionable on Friday for personal reasons but ultimately took the court in that game and again on Sunday. He’ll be out for the second leg of Memphis’ back-to-back set, and with Santi Aldama (knee) questionable, the Grizzlies could be thin in the frontcourt. GG Jackson could be in line for a bump in playing time if Aldama is ruled out.

Landale was one of several productive Grizzlies on Friday. He scored well both inside and outside the arc while making a difference on the glass. As a result, the fifth-year center came away with a big double-double in his 32 minutes of game action. Landale has easily put together his best statistical season as an NBA player and has proven to be a nice fit alongside Jaren Jackson Jr. in the frontcourt. He’ll have a chance to land a third straight double-double on Friday against the Nuggets.

Landale was a late addition to the injury report, but he will be able to suit up in this game. He has come off the bench during their last two games, but he has played significant minutes regardless, which should continue in this game.

Landale started Wednesday’s loss to the Hawks, but his potential absence could open up more playing time for John Konchar, with GG Jackson potentially moving into the starting five. With Zach Edey and Santi Aldama both out, Memphis’ frontcourt rotation is razor thin.

Landale shifted to the bench in favor of Santi Aldama, but the latter delivered a pitiful 9/5/3 line with no defensive contributions. The points represent Landale’s second-highest total of the season, and he should remain active in Memphis’ rotation until Zach Edey (ankle) returns, whether as a starter or with the second unit.

Landale has made the most of his recent opportunity, starting five consecutive games for the Grizzlies in place of injured center Zach Edey, who remains sidelined with a stress reaction in his left ankle. The 30-year-old big man has reached double-digit points in five of his last six games, while playing nearly 25 minutes during that span. He offers enough scoring and rebounding production to be worthy of consideration as a short-term stopgap in deeper fantasy leagues.

After playing 20 minutes off the bench in Friday’s loss to the Lakers, Landale received the starting nod on Sunday, replacing Christian Koloko. The 30-year-old center responded with his fourth double-double of the season. However, while Landale put up a solid effort on Sunday, his production still isn’t at the point where he has to be streamed, especially with Santi Aldama still available in more than half of Yahoo! leagues. As for Koloko, he played 13 minutes on Sunday, finishing with six points, two rebounds and two steals.

Landale is available after missing two games with a strained right calf. His return means fewer minutes for Christian Koloko, who could fall out of the rotation entirely. Also, with Landale available, two-way contract player Olivier-Maxence Prosper is inactive.

Landale has missed Memphis’ last two games with a strained right calf, opening up rotation minutes for Christian Koloko. While the playing time has been there, Koloko’s production has not been good enough to merit streaming. If Santi Aldama isn’t available on the waiver wire, fantasy managers should look to other teams for frontcourt help.

Not long after he was downgraded to doubtful, Landale has been ruled out for Sunday’s game. His continued absence means that Christian Koloko will play rotation minutes off the bench, but he is not worth streaming.

Initially questionable for Sunday’s game, Landale is trending toward not being available due to a sore right calf. If he’s unable to play, Christian Koloko will remain in the Grizzlies’ rotation. He played 28 minutes in Friday’s win over the Bucks, but Koloko was not productive enough to merit streaming.

Landale did not play in Friday’s win over the Bucks, which led to Christian Koloko playing 28 minutes off the bench. He wasn’t productive enough to merit streaming if Landale remains out, but Koloko’s playing time is worth watching due to the Grizzlies’ lack of healthy post players.

A late addition to the injury report, Landale will sit with a sore right calf. With Zach Edey (ankle) already out, Santi Aldama takes on even greater importance within the Grizzlies’ rotation. Christian Koloko may pick up additional rotation minutes after playing 10 in his first two games as a Grizzlies player on Monday and Tuesday.

Already without Zach Edey, the Grizzlies lost Brandon Clarke to a strained calf during Saturday’s loss to the Wizards. As a result, Landale will make his first start since November 12. He’s worth streaming in deep leagues, while Santi Aldama will also have added value despite coming off the bench.

With Brandon Clarke (knee) making his season debut, there may have been some concern among those who have held onto Landale. However, with Clarke under a minutes restriction, he played 30 minutes off the bench and finished with one of his best lines of the season. The double-double was the second of the season for Landale, who also recorded his third 20-point game. With Clarke’s playing time restricted and Zach Edey (ankle) unavailable, those who held onto Landale for this long might as well stick with him for a few more games.

Landale is good to go after initially being questionable with a sore left ankle. He will occupy his usual role as Zach Edey’s backup, which is not a good spot to derive fantasy value from.

Landale is dealing with a sore left ankle. While his potential absence would not significantly impact fantasy basketball, it would leave the Grizzlies down an option in the post. His minutes would likely be absorbed by the players currently in the rotation, most notably Santi Aldama. Aldama should already be rostered in most 14-team leagues and some 12-team formats as well.

Landale began the season as Memphis’ starting center due to Zach Edey’s recovery from ankle surgery. And a return to the lineup may be in the cards following Tuesday’s defeat. Edey took a shot to the head during the first quarter and did not return, leaving Landale to fill the void. The veteran center finished with the first 20/10 game of his NBA career, and the 26 points matched his career-high. With the Grizzlies being one of the few teams that play four games during Week 6, Landale will be a valuable option if Edey misses time.

Landale exited Saturday’s win over the Mavericks during the first half with a sore neck and did not return. However, he’s off the injury report for Monday’s matchup with the Denver. He’ll serve as Zach Edey’s backup, which is not a good place to be when it comes to generating tangible fantasy value.

Landale played five minutes in the first half before being shut down due to neck soreness. Shooting 3-of-6 from the field, he finished with seven points, one rebound, one assist and one three-pointer. Landale’s exit won’t affect the starting lineup, but it will further deplete the Grizzlies’ frontcourt depth. Memphis may have to stagger Zach Edey and Santi Aldama’s minutes, with Olivier-Maxence Prosper picking up additional minutes off the bench.

With Zach Edey (16/4/0/2 with one three-pointer) operating in his usual role as the starting center, Landale’s opportunities can be limited. However, he made the most of his 15 minutes on Thursday, scoring a season-high 21 points and grabbing six rebounds. This performance isn’t enough to make Landale a player worth rostering, but it’s a reminder that his fantasy ceiling is higher when Edey is unavailable.

Landale continues to provide the Grizzlies with solid production at the starting center spot. He shot efficiently and turned in another double-digit scoring performance on the heels of a 16-point game against the Lakers. Sunday marked his third time within the past seven days that he’s reached at least 14 points and had multiple three-point makes in a game. Landale appears to have some comfort in this Memphis offense, sharing the starting frontcourt alongside Jaren Jackson Jr. He has served as a nice starting center while Memphis deals with injuries.

Landale made his fourth start and set a new season-high in points during his 24 minutes of game action. His production came with a perfect shooting percentage and was highlighted by his first game of the season with multiple three-point makes. Landale provides a unique offensive skill set to the Grizzlies’ starting unit, and he’ll have a chance to put together back-to-back strong outings on Wednesday against the Suns.
