The Jazz won’t have Jusuf Nurkić for Thursday’s game, as he is out with a toe injury. As a result, Love will step in as the starting center. The other change to the Jazz lineup is Williams, who replaces Svi Mykhailiuk in the starting five.

Love was rested on Wednesday’s game against the Thunder, so it makes sense that he would be good to go for the second leg of the back-to-back. With Jusuf Nurkic listed as questionable, it’s possible that Love could return to play around 20 minutes in this one.

Love will miss a second consecutive game for rest. With starters Lauri Markkanen and Jusuf Nurkić and reserve Kyle Filipowski available, Love’s continued absence does not affect fantasy basketball.

Love is getting Monday night off, even though it’s not part of a back-to-back. Kyle Filipowski will figure more prominently in the Jazz rotation, especially if Jusuf Nurkić remains out with his toe injury.

With Jusuf Nurkić still out due to injury, it was Love who started Saturday’s game and not Kyle Filipowski. While the veteran forward/center didn’t do much scoring in San Francisco, he was effective as a rebounder and playmaker. As for Filipowski, he tallied seven points, one rebound, one assist, one steal and one blocked shot in 19 minutes off the bench. Generally speaking, Filipowski has been more valuable to fantasy managers than Love, and that will be the case later in the season. However, the veteran was more productive than his younger teammate on Saturday.

Love is available after three games off for rest. How much he plays will depend on Lauri Markkanen and Jusuf Nurkić, both of whom are questionable for Saturday’s game. If the starters can play, Love’s opportunities will be limited.

Love has been ruled out due to “rest” for a third straight game, so whenever he ends up playing again, he should feel quite refreshed. With Jusuf Nurkic sidelined as well, Oscar Tshiebwe may return to the rotation to fill the backup center minutes behind Kyle Filipowski.

Love will miss a second consecutive game for rest reasons, with Taylor Hendricks and Cody Williams being the players most likely to benefit in terms of playing time. However, neither is worth the streaming risk in most fantasy leagues.

Love had 14 points and three three-pointers in Friday’s win over the Pistons. The 37-year-old power forward has more than earned a night off. Kyle Filipowski and Taylor Hendricks could see more minutes in Love’s absence against the Spurs.

The Jazz won’t have Lauri Markkanen or Jusuf Nurkić for Tuesday’s game, opening up two spots in the starting lineup. The voids will be filled by Love and Filipowski, who are worth rostering due to Utah’s lack of frontcourt depth.

Love will not play on Monday for rest reasons. With Kyle Anderson absent from the injury report, he may pick up a few rotation minutes. However, there’s no need to roster Anderson.

In his last three games entering Friday, Love totaled 18 points on 6-of-15 shooting from the field. Simply put, no one outside of the Jazz locker room expected the veteran forward to be as productive as he was in Memphis. Love recorded a season-high point total and matched his previous high in three-pointers. As fun as it was to watch him put on an offensive clinic while also grabbing eight rebounds, one game does not make Love a player worth rostering in most fantasy leagues. Especially with the Jazz off until Monday.

Love had 11 points in 15 minutes off the bench in Monday’s win over the Rockets. The 37-year-old power forward will miss the first game of a back-to-back for the Jazz on Thursday against the Nets. Expect Love to be available Friday against the Knicks.

As expected, the 37-year-old will be back in action after missing the first leg of Utah’s back-to-back set. He should see rotation minutes off the bench, but he isn’t a player worth rostering in fantasy leagues of most sizes.

Love played 17 minutes off the bench in Friday’s win over the Kings, with Kyle Anderson picking up a DNP-CD. With the former ruled out for Sunday’s game, look for the latter to play rotation minutes off the bench. However, there’s no need to consider adding Anderson in any fantasy league.

Love did not play in Monday’s loss to the Warriors, as Utah was playing its second game in as many nights. With Taylor Hendricks still on assignment with the team’s G League affiliate, Love should play rotation minutes off the bench. He isn’t worth the risk in most fantasy leagues, but Love will have opportunities between now and the February trade deadline.

Monday’s game is the second in as many nights for the Jazz, who lost to the Lakers on Sunday. Love will get the night off after logging 13 minutes the last time out. His absence frees up additional minutes for Kyle Filipowski, especially with Taylor Hendricks being sent to the G League.

After not appearing in Utah’s first five games, Love has hit double figures in minutes in each of his last three appearances. He was productive against the Bulls, hitting double figures and finishing two rebounds shy of a double-double. Love is not in a position where he needs to be considered for any fantasy roster, even after Walker Kessler was ruled out for the remainder of the season. Managers needing production are better off gambling on Jusuf Nurkić, who tallied four points, 14 rebounds, five assists, three steals and one blocked shot in 38 minutes.

Love, who was rested for Tuesday’s win over the Pacers, has played 65 minutes in five appearances this season. Even if he’s somehow in the rotation on Thursday, the veteran forward/center is unlikely to get the opportunity to affect fantasy basketball. Leave Love on the waiver wire.

Love will sit out the second leg of Utah’s back-to-back, which should open up a few extra minutes for Kyle Filipowski. Love should be back for their next game, but he isn’t worth rostering in any format.

Love hasn’t seen the floor in a month and remains away from the team after missing their play-in win over the Hawks and Game 1 against the Cavs due to personal reasons. It’s unclear if or when Love will return to the team, and when he does, he won’t see the floor often.

Love’s streak of absences will extend to 14 as he misses the Heat’s Play-In matchup with the Hawks. If Miami wins and advances to the playoffs, the team will face Cleveland in the first round, and Love will have a chance to return against his former team.

Absent from Miami’s initial injury report, Love has been ruled out for personal reasons. Hopefully, this situation will not keep him away from the team for an extended period. Regarding fantasy basketball, Love’s absence will have minimal impact since he has not been in the rotation recently.
