The 39-year-old will give it one more year with Philadelphia, though it certainly could be his last. While he’s enjoyed a long, productive career, Lowry only appeared in 35 games last year and averaged 18.8 minutes per game. He’ll be a solid depth point guard for them, but that’s probably it.

Lowry will sit out the 76ers’ finale, which is an unfortunate end to a disappointing season. The veteran point guard only appeared in 35 games and finished ranked outside the top 300 in eight-cat formats. His days of impacting fantasy basketball are likely in the rearview mirror.

Lowry is back after sitting out Saturday’s loss to the Timberwolves. However, managers in active leagues should not expect to see the veteran point guard exceed 20 minutes. There’s no need to roster Lowry in fantasy leagues.

Tuesday’s game was the first for Lowry since February 9, as he missed nearly two months with a hip injury. The veteran guard did not provide much value beyond the two steals, missing his lone shot attempt on the night. There’s no need to roster Lowry at this point in the season, especially with the 76ers focused on doing all they can to hold onto their top-6 protected first-round pick.

Lowry is available to play for the first time in nearly two months. His minutes will be managed, so fantasy managers should not expect too much from the veteran point guard. Lowry is not worth the streaming risk in most fantasy leagues.

Lowry hasn’t suited up since February 9, but there is a chance that he returns to the lineup against New York. Lowry wasn’t playing a significant role prior to his injury, but the 76ers’ rotation looks entirely different now. It’s unclear what his role will look when he returns to the lineup.

Sunday’s game against the Jazz will be Lowry’s 11th on the shelf in a row, increasing to 12 on Monday. However, 76ers coach Nick Nurse said his veteran point guard is feeling better, so the team will look to begin the ramp-up process then. With the 76ers trending toward prioritizing doing what it can to hold onto its first-round pick (top-6 protected), Lowry’s minutes may be limited even if he’s cleared to return.

Lowry’s streak of absences will extend to 11, and there’s still no timeline for his return. Philly’s backcourt rotation is undermanned right now, and Quentin Grimes should continue to take the lead on offense with Tyrese Maxey and Paul George sidelined as well.

Lowry is in line to miss his 10th-straight game with right hip injury management. With Tyrese Maxey (back) already ruled out as well, Quentin Grimes could start again and is a safe bet to play heavy minutes. Jared Butler is also a candidate to have a solid role in the bench rotation.

Lowry is set to miss his ninth-straight game as he continues to manage a right hip injury. With Tyrese Maxey (back) also out, Justin Edwards would be a candidate for major minutes Tuesday, though he’s listed as questionable.

Saturday’s game will be the sixth straight Lowry has missed due to right hip injury management. Tyrese Maxey has consistently exceeded 40 minutes as the starter, while rookie Justin Edwards played 28 minutes off the bench in Wednesday’s loss to the Knicks. Expect more of the same on Saturday.
