Poeltl has scored in double figures in seven of his last eight appearances, providing more consistent production as he gets further removed from the time missed with a back injury. Add in Sandro Mamukelasvhili (11/5/1 with two three-pointers) and Collin Murray-Boyles (6/8/1/1/2), and the Raptors received positive contributions from their top three options on the interior.

After a one-game absence, Poeltl is back for the Raptors. His return bumps Sandro Mamukelashvili to the bench, and Mamu’s opportunities will take a hit with Poeltl and Collin Murray-Boyles being available.

Poeltl missed Monday’s game against Utah and could remain out against LA. Sandro Mamukelashvili contributed 23 points and five steals as a starter against the Jazz and would be worth streaming if Poeltl remains out.

Poeltl will get the night off as the Raptors play the second leg of a back-to-back set. With Collin Murray-Boyles (thumb) questionable, Sandro Mamukelashvili could be in line for a big boost in playing time against Utah.

Poeltl’s double-double was his second in three games, and he’s scored at least 17 points in three straight. And his fantasy value has received a significant boost since the All-Star break, with the 7-footer providing fifth-round value in eight-cat formats. The Raptors continue their road trip on Sunday in Phoenix, the first game of two in as many nights for Toronto. With Poeltl having last played both games of a back-to-back in late October, availability could be an issue.

Poeltl needed just 21 minutes to make a big impact on Wednesday’s game. In his limited time, he led the Raptors in rebounds, was one of seven Toronto players to score in double figures, and led his team in plus-minus (+33). While his final numbers against Chicago weren’t as great as Sunday’s 21/18/5 line against Detroit, fantasy managers should come away encouraged over Poeltl’s two-game production.

Poeltl was efficient on Sunday and helped his fantasy managers by gobbling up the boards. The 30-year-old center also had no turnovers. Poeltl has provided fifth-round per game value over the last two weeks. He’ll have his work cut out for him as a difficult matchup with the Cavaliers awaits in the Raptors next game on Wednesday.

Poeltl and Jackson-Davis are back after sitting out Tuesday’s loss to the Rockets. The former’s return means that Sandro Mamukelashvili, who logged 30 minutes in Houston, will head to the bench. Also, Jonathan Mogbo likely falls out of the rotation entirely. TJD is also likely to be on the outside looking in when it comes to playing time.

Poeltl was sidelined for Tuesday’s game but could return to take on New Orleans. However, if he remains out, Sandro Mamukelashvili would be in line for a second straight start. Mamu played 30 minutes on Wednesday and posted an 8/4/4/2 line.

Due to an illness, Poeltl joins Collin Murray-Boyles (thumb) on the sidelines for Tuesday’s game. Sandro Mamukelashvili will take on a more prominent role within the Raptors’ rotation, likely moving into the starting lineup. Jonathan Mogbo may pick up rotation minutes out of necessity, but Mamu is the priority fantasy add.

Already without Collin Murray-Boyles (thumb), the Raptors could also be without Poeltl for the first game of their two-game road trip. With Toronto visiting New Orleans on Wednesday, this may be a spot where the 7-footer doesn’t play both games, regardless of his availability for Tuesday. If Poeltl can’t play, Sandro Mamukelashvili will figure more prominently in the rotation, with Jonathan Mogbo potentially picking up minutes as well.

After totaling 18 points and 14 rebounds in the Raptors’ first two games of Week 19, Poeltl finished the week with one of his best efforts since the All-Star break. The 7-footer has reached double figures in points three times since the break, with Sunday’s double-double being his second. Also of note: Poeltl played 30 minutes, and he’s logged 29 or more in three straight games for the first time this season. As long as his back doesn’t flare up, he can provide solid fantasy value in points, rebounds and field-goal percentage.

After coming off the bench in Wednesday’s loss to the Spurs, Poeltl was back in the starting lineup on Saturday due to Collin Murray-Boyles (thumb) not being available. And he recorded his first double-double since November 11 and the third of the season. Poeltl is still rostered in 78 percent of Yahoo! leagues, so there weren’t a lot of managers who gave up on him. That patience was rewarded on Saturday, but it’s fair to question whether this will be the norm for Poeltl the rest of the season.

The Raptors won’t have Collin Murray-Boyles (thumb) for Saturday’s game, opening a spot in the starting lineup. Poeltl, who has struggled with a lower back issue since training camp, is back in the starting five, with Sandro Mamukelashvili set to serve as the backup.

Poeltl is set to miss Tuesday’s matchup against the Thunder for lower back strain injury management reasons. The 30-year-old center had six points and eight rebounds in 26 minutes in Sunday’s win over the Bucks. Collin Murray-Boyles should start and see more minutes with Poeltl sidelined.

After coming off the bench in Toronto’s first game out of the All-Star break, Poeltl’s role sparked concern among many fantasy managers. He was back in the lineup on Sunday, playing 26 minutes. One would assume that Poeltl’s opportunities will increase eventually, but the Raptors aren’t going to rush the process. Collin Murray-Boyles (eight points, four rebounds and two steals) played 20 minutes off the bench on Sunday, and the lineup change does mean his fantasy value takes a hit.

Poeltl suited up for the first time since December and was immediately back in the starting unit. He played 20 minutes and wasn’t productive, but it was a positive step to see him back out on the floor. It has been a rough season to this point for Poeltl, but he’ll get some time to rest more during the All-Star break. He’ll look to have a more productive final two months of the regular season.

Poeltl could return to the court after nearly two months on the shelf, though he’ll surely be on a minutes restriction if he does. With Collin Murray-Boyles (thumb) already ruled out, Sandro Mamukelashvili could be in line for big minutes.

Poeltl has been out since December, and that won’t change on Sunday. However, the past few days have been spent getting his conditioning up to par rather than rehabbing his lower back, which is a positive. Collin Murray-Boyles and Sandro Mamukelashvili will again play most of the available minutes, and Trayce Jackson-Davis is available to make his Raptors debut.

Poeltl, who has not appeared in a game since December, has been plagued by a lower back injury since training camp. With the 7-footer going through practice on Saturday, there’s a chance that he plays on Sunday against the Pacers. Given the time that Poeltl has missed, conditioning is a concern. While his return would mean fewer minutes for Collin Murray-Boyles and Sandro Mamukelashvili, Poeltl is unlikely to take on a full workload immediately.

Thursday’s game against the Bulls will be the 23rd that Poeltl has missed since aggravating a lower back injury during a December 21 loss to the Nets. After Thursday, the Raptors have two games remaining on the schedule before the All-Star break. Collin Murray-Boyles and Sandro Mamukelashvili have picked up the slack in Poeltl’s absence, and both have been productive enough to merit being rostered.

Poeltl, who has been dealing with a lower back issue since the preseason, left the Raptors during the team’s current road trip to meet with a specialist. On Sunday, the team announced that he has since received treatment, but a timeline for a return to game action has not been established. With Collin Murray-Boyles (thumb) also missing time recently, Sandro Mamukelashvili’s fantasy ceiling has been raised, even if he isn’t guaranteed to start. He’s worth picking up ahead of Sunday’s game against the Thunder.

Poeltl’s back has been an issue since the preseason, with the 7-footer limited to 21 games. He was with the team for its west coast trip, even going through an individual workout ahead of Sunday’s loss to the Lakers. However, Poeltl has returned to Toronto and will be evaluated by a specialist on Thursday. Collin Murray-Boyles (thumb) is also sidelined, leaving the Raptors to rely on Sandro Mamukelashvili and Jonathan Mogbo.

Poeltl’s absence on Friday will mark his 13th straight. The veteran center continues to deal with a back injury and has been limited to just 21 games this season. The rookie center, Colin Murray-Boyles, will likely remain Toronto’s starting center while Poeltl is sidelined with the injury.

Poeltl has not appeared in a game since December 21, and it’s unknown when that will change. With that being the case, now is a good time to add Collin Murray-Boyles if he’s sitting on the waiver wire. Sandro Mamukelashvili is another suitable option, but he does not offer CMB’s ceiling in category leagues.

Poeltl has already been ruled out for Monday’s game against the Hawks, but he’s progressing well and inching closer to a return. Poeltl, whose lower back has been an issue since the preseason, has missed five of Toronto’s last six games and played seven minutes in his lone appearance during that stretch. According to the team, he’ll miss at least one more week before being re-evaluated. “Poeltl is currently completing a program of intensive rehabilitation and strengthening. Following that period, he will be re-evaluated for a return to play, and his status will be updated as appropriate,” the Raptors said via press release. Sandro Mamukelashvili has replaced Poeltl in the starting lineup, and he is worth streaming until the 7-footer is cleared to return.
