Siakam did not play in Sunday’s loss to the Warriors, which was Indiana’s second game in as many nights. His return to the lineup means Jay Huff will be bumped to the bench after recording a double-double the last time out. Huff has offered limited fantasy value this season, so he doesn’t have to be held in most fantasy leagues.

Siakam, who has shouldered a heavy workload this season due to the Pacers’ many injuries, will get Sunday night off. This is a brutal hit for fantasy managers who were hoping for a big performance from Spicy P on the final night of Week 3. Jeremiah Robinson-Earl’s playing time will likely increase after he logged 15 minutes on Saturday, but he isn’t the most trustworthy streaming option. If Jarace Walker is on the waiver wire, add him first.

It was a forgettable performance for Siakam in this one as he shot just 31 percent from the floor to finish with a season-low 14 points. It came as a bit of a surprise since Andrew Nembhard was back in the lineup for the first time since opening night. He had eclipsed 27 points in five of nine games to open the season and is averaging 24 points, eight rebounds and six assists during that span. He’ll attempt to turn things around when Indiana faces the Warriors on Sunday.

Due to the Pacers’ lack of healthy point guards, Siakam has been asked to take on more playmaking responsibilities this season. Of the eight games he’s played, Spicy P has recorded at least six assists in four, including a season-high nine on Wednesday. The negative was that he committed seven turnovers against the Nets, more than doubling his previous high (three). High-turnover nights of this caliber have been few and far between for Siakam, so there isn’t much to worry about. The only concern is that there may come a point later in the season when the Pacers’ draft lottery odds become a priority, but we aren’t there yet.

Siakam has been on fire to start this season, and that continued against Milwaukee. This was his third 30-point performance this year, and he still was able to tie his season-high for assists. Siakam has been a constant source of production for the shorthanded Pacers this year, which should continue on. His shooting percentages have been poor, but he’s currently averaging a career-high in points and steals.

Siakam’s ranked outside the top-100 in eight- and nine-cat formats, with low percentages being the culprit. Given his career production, one would assume that Spicy P will close in on his Yahoo! ADP (30) as the season progresses. He’s being asked to shoulder a heavy workload, but that will change somewhat once the Pacers get some of their injured rotation players back on the floor. Now would be a good time to see if you can “buy low” on Siakam, especially with the Pacers playing four games in Week 3.

Unsurprisingly, Siakam once again led the Pacers in scoring. However, his efficiency was lacking, as he shot 33.3 percent from the field and 60 percent from the foul line. Also, Siakam did not record any defensive stats, which was somewhat surprising given that he was averaging 1.5 steals per game entering Friday. Siakam will be fine, but it’s fair for some to be concerned about the workload he’s had to shoulder due to the Pacers’ many injuries.

With Tyrese Haliburton (Achilles) unavailable, it was known before the season began that the Pacers would need even more production from Siakam than they’ve received in the past. Through four games, he’s averaging a double-double for the first time in his NBA career with solid assists and defensive production. The lone issue for Siakam thus far has been the foul line, as he’s making just 55.3 percent of his attempts. However, punt that category and he’s providing top-15 fantasy value. The Pacers end Week 2 with a Friday/Saturday back-to-back against the Hawks and Warriors.

Siakam was the primary option for the Pacers once again. The 31-year-old power forward played 37 minutes and was just two assists shy of a 33-point triple-double. He was everything for the Pacers because that’s what he has to be this season, especially given how banged up they are early. The situation is making it a great time to roster him in fantasy.

For at least this season, the Pacers are Siakam’s team. He’s the star, and he showed why in his first game of the year. Despite the rough night at the free throw line, Siakam was able to start his season off with a monster 30-point double-double, even if it wasn’t enough to get a win in the Finals rematch. Siakam will continue to be a focal point on offense, which should lead to more performances like this one.

Siakam looked sharp during his 24 minutes of game action on Monday. He displayed his smooth midrange jump shot and showed in this game that his career-best three-point shooting season in 2024-25 was not a fluke. The veteran forward has played well in his two preseason appearances and seems ready to potentially take on a bigger workload on the offensive end as Tyrese Haliburton recovers from an Achilles injury. A stellar fantasy basketball season could be on the horizon for Siakam.

Siakam had a tremendous playoff run and was arguably the team’s best player in the Finals, but he couldn’t get much going in Game 7. He signed a four-year deal with the Pacers last summer, so he’ll be back with Tyrese Haliburton for at least the next three seasons as Indiana tries to prove that their Cinderella run was more than just lightning in a bottle. If Haliburton misses a large portion of next season, Siakam’s usage could grow and he could be more valuable in fantasy basketball than he was in 2024-25.

After scoring at least 20 points in three straight games, Siakam didn’t do as much scoring in Game 6, but he still made enough of an impact for Indiana to force a Game 7 on Sunday. This was his second double-double of the series and only his third of this postseason run, and the 13 rebounds were the most he’s had in a game during these playoffs. Siakam will likely need to do more scoring on Sunday for the Pacers to win a ring on the road.

With Tyrese Haliburton nowhere near full strength due to ankle and calf injuries, Siakam did what he could to carry the Pacers in Game 5. One of the few rotation players with a championship on his résumé, Spicy P shot 66.7 percent from the field and was impactful on both ends of the floor Monday night. Over the last two games, Siakam has recorded eight steals and three blocked shots to go along with what he’s done offensively. Regardless of what happens with Haliburton, the Pacers will need an elite Siakam on Thursday if they’re to force a Game 7. And he’s capable of answering the call.

Siakam started Game 4 extremely well, tallying 10 points and four steals in the first quarter. However, he was 1-of-6 from the field in the second half, only attempting one shot in the fourth quarter. Whether that’s on Siakam for not being aggressive enough to get the ball, or on the Pacers for not getting him the ball more often, that cannot happen. Similar to Tyrese Haliburton’s assist-to-turnover ratio, Siakam’s offensive production has been far better in wins than in losses during the NBA Finals. With two of the final three games on the road, the Pacers will need a better Siakam if they’re to win the franchise’s first NBA title. Game 5 is on Monday.

The Pacers received truly great performances in Game 3 from Bennedict Mathurin, Tyrese Haliburton and Siakam. The 31-year-old power forward has been a rock for the Pacers this postseason bringing with him previous NBA Finals experience from his time in Toronto. Siakam’s excellent Game 3 included 21 points on 14 shots and locking up Shai Gilgeous-Alexander defensively on a crucial possession with under two minutes remaining. The Eastern Conference finals MVP played as big of a role as anyone in the Pacers taking a 2-1 series lead.

The Pacers finished Game 2 with seven double-digit scorers, but none scored more than Tyrese Haliburton’s 17 points. As for Siakam, his point total was salvaged by an 8-of-9 night at the foul line. Spicy P only scored 19 points in Game 1 but was far more efficient, and he also finished that game with a double-double. Oklahoma City boasts an elite defense, and they were far better across the board on Sunday. Siakam and the Pacers will look to regain the series lead when they host Game 3 on Wednesday.

It was a balanced attack for Indiana as they stole Game 1 on the road, but Siakam was the one that ended up as the leading scorer. He was one of six players to score in double figures, with nobody reaching 20 points. The MVP of the Eastern Conference Finals will continue to play an important role for Indiana for the remainder of the series as they now sit three wins away from a championship.

Siakam set the tone for the Pacers once again in Game 6, scoring early and often. The 31-year-old power forward averaged 24.8 points per game, 5.0 rebounds per game and 3.5 assists per game in the series with 52.4 percent shooting and 50 percent from behind the three-point line. The Pacers use a deep rotation that plays a fast pace of basketball, but Siakam was the clear difference-maker in the series.

Siakam had his second game in the Eastern Conference finals with at least 30 points in Game 4. It’s no coincidence the Pacers have won each of those games. The Pacers have made the Knicks play their up-tempo style for most of this series and that’s a major factor in the Pacers’ 3-1 advantage. Siakam has been a key player seemingly scoring at will against New York.

Nearly unstoppable in the Pacers’ Game 2 victory on Friday, Siakam had to deal with a different matchup in Game 3. With the Knicks starting Mitchell Robinson instead of Josh Hart, Spicy P had to deal with more size offensively. While he did shoot 50 percent from the field, Siakam attempted a series-low 14 shots in Game 3 while matching his Game 1 point total. For Tuesday’s Game 4, he’ll likely aim to be more aggressive off the dribble, especially if the Knicks stick with the Robinson/Karl-Anthony Towns tandem in the frontcourt.

Siakam was outstanding in Game 2, helping Indiana take a 2-0 series lead. He shot 8-of-13 from the field in the first half, scoring a playoff career-high 23 points. The Knicks didn’t have an answer for Spicy P after the break, either, as he finished with a career-high point total and one blocked shot shy of a complete stat line. Indiana’s offensive execution is why they’re ahead in the series, and when all else failed in Game 2, they could give Siakam the ball and watch him go to work. Game 3 is on Sunday night in Indianapolis.

While Siakam shot just 40 percent from the field, his fingerprints were all over Indiana’s Game 5 victory. The complete stat line was his first of the series, with the veteran forward matching his series-high in points. Siakam also recorded series-high numbers in rebounds, assists and blocked shots in helping the Pacers reach the Eastern Conference Finals for a second straight year. Indiana will face New York or Boston in the next round, and they’ll start the series on the road regardless of which team advances.

What a night it was for Siakam, who only missed one shot in the blowout win. He only played 21 minutes, but that was more than enough for Indiana to take complete control of this game. His dominant night has them just one win away from returning to the conference finals for a second straight season. Siakam hadn’t been a significant part of the offense in this series, but the strategy to get him going paid off on Sunday. He’ll look to stay hot in Game 5 on Tuesday with a chance to close out the series.

After shooting 1-of-6 from the field in the first half, Siakam was more productive in the second half of Game 3. However, it was a case of “too little, too late,” as the Cavaliers built a big lead and did not allow it to slip away, as they did in Game 2. Siakam has been relatively quiet through the first three games of this series, with Friday’s point total being his best. With Cleveland returning to full strength on Friday, more production will be needed from “Spicy P” moving forward. Game 4 is on Sunday.

Siakam recorded a low-scoring output for a second-straight game. After turning in just 12 points in Indiana’s Game 4 win, the 2019 NBA Most Improved Player scored even fewer points on Tuesday. Siakam did come alive late, where he scored key fourth-quarter points down the stretch. As the Pacers move on to a second-round matchup against the Cavaliers, they’ll hope to get the version of Siakam that tallied three consecutive 20-point games to begin the postseason.

Siakam has scored at least 24 points in all three games of the series now. The 31-year-old power forward continues to be the primary offensive threat for Indiana. Siakam isn’t known for his three-point shooting, but has made multiple three-pointers in all three games of the series. Though the Pacers lost Game 3, he’ll look to keep up his scoring against the Bucks in Game 4 Sunday.

After a fantastic performance in Game 1, Siakam had another big night on Tuesday. He is averaging 24.5 points, nine rebounds, 2.5 assists, two steals and 2.5 triples per game through the first two games of this series, with the Pacers having won both. Siakam also added a late three-pointer to seal the win for Indiana and make him the team’s leading scorer for the second game in a row. He’ll look to keep that going in Game 3 in Milwaukee on Friday.
