Traoré was downgraded to doubtful earlier in the day and has now officially been ruled out. Ben Saraf should continue to start at point guard for Brooklyn, though he may see extra minutes with Traoré out.

Traoré was initially questionable for Sunday’s game. Ben Saraf has served as the starting point guard in recent games, so Traoré’s absence would not change anything there.

Traoré has come off the bench in recent games, with fellow rookie Ben Saraf handling the starting point guard responsibilities. That will remain the case on Sunday, regardless of Traoré’s availability.

Traoré led the Nets in points, assists and three-pointers in the win over the Wizards on Sunday. The 19-year-old guard continues to improve his future standing in the organization with a strong finish to the season. Traoré and the Nets have four games in the final week of the regular season, so there’s still time for him to make an impression before the offseason begins.

Traoré played a team-high 29 minutes in Friday’s defeat, and the rookie has started every game that he’s been available for since January 29. The final few games of the regular season will be important for Traoré and fellow rookies Drake Powell (6/2/4/2/1) and Ben Saraf (2/2/4) as the Nets’ decision-makers continue to evaluate them with an eye toward 2026-27. The Nets finish their Week 23 slate on Sunday against the Wizards.

Traoré likely would’ve replicated his stat line from Sunday’s win over the Kings when he had 17 points and six assists, but he only played 23 minutes with the Nets losing by so much. The Nets have two games remaining in Week 23, with a matchup against the Hawks coming on Friday.

Traoré and the Nets ended their 10-game losing streak impressively, beating the Kings by a 116-99 final score. After totaling nine points on 4-of-23 shooting in the final two games of the Nets’ road trip, the rookie guard rebounded nicely on Sunday. Traoré scored 17 points in both of the Nets’ games against the Kings this season, and the assist production on Sunday was solid. Brooklyn plays three games in Week 23, starting with the Hornets on Tuesday.

While Traoré provided good value in the assist and steal categories, he was terribly inefficient against the Lakers. In addition to shooting 4-of-14 from the field, the rookie was responsible for six turnovers in 26 minutes. Ben Saraf dropped into the backup point guard role after starting the last time out, finishing with 10 points, three rebounds, two assists and one steal in 22 minutes. Sunday’s game against the Kings is not part of a back-to-back, which may keep Traoré in the starting lineup. However, if he sits, Saraf will be worth streaming in deep leagues.

Traoré and Clowney are back in the Nets’ lineup after not playing in Wednesday’s loss to the Warriors. As a result, Ben Saraf and Terance Mann will come off the bench, limiting the fantasy value of both.

With Traore sidelined, fellow rookie Ben Saraf should get the starting nod at point guard. Saraf has been a solid source of points, assists and steals lately, and he should be productive in an increased role. However, he is too inefficient to be worth rostering in category leagues.

Traoré has scored in double figures in three straight games, with the 17 points in Sacramento being the most in a game for him since March 1. Just as important for the rookie point guard was the turnover count. After rolling up ten in losses to the Warriors and Knicks, Traoré was responsible for just two on Sunday. As long as he’s healthy, Traoré should have every opportunity to run the team. He isn’t a must-add, but the rookie is worth considering in deep leagues, especially with the Nets playing four games in Week 22.

Traoré wasn’t the most efficient player on Wednesday, an unsurprising development for a rookie point guard facing the reigning champs. However, the six assists and three defensive contributions were positives for the Nets guard. With Egor Dëmin (foot) done for the season, Traoré’s development is likely to be one of the points of emphasis for the Nets during the final weeks of the season. If he can improve his efficiency, there may be some value for deep-league managers.

Traoré is dealing with an eye abrasion, but that shouldn’t keep him from suiting up against OKC. He hasn’t come off the bench in a game since January, but his minutes have dwindled recently. A matchup with this Thunder defense won’t make things easier for the rookie.

Traoré sat out Thursday’s loss to the Hawks due to rest, but returned to the starting lineup Saturday. The 19-year-old guard had just six points in 17 minutes as well as three assists and five turnovers. Traoré was 2-of-10 from the field with his only made baskets coming on three-pointers. He’s not worth rostering in redraft leagues yet, but is a player to watch in dynasty formats.

Traoré (rest) and Williams (illness) missed Thursday’s loss to the Hawks while Mann had eight points in 16 minutes off the bench. All three are joining Danny Wolf and Noah Clowney in the starting lineup against the 76ers on Saturday.

Traoré and Williams were held out of Thursday’s loss to the Hawks, with the former being replaced in the starting lineup by fellow rookie Ben Saraf. While Traoré will likely reclaim his spot in the starting lineup, Williams may be asked to come off the bench.

In five games this month, Traoré has hit double figures in points in three of them, including Monday’s win over the Grizzlies. What stood out from the rookie guard’s performance was his work from beyond the arc, with Traoré making a season-high four three-pointers on five attempts. He entered Monday having shot 4-of-12 in his previous four games. For the season, Traoré is shooting a little over 32 percent from three, so it’s too early to expect nights like Monday to become the norm. But this was a promising display from a guard who has made some strides as a playmaker as the season has progressed.

After being held without an assist in Tuesday’s loss in Miami, Traoré responded with his second-highest assist total in a game this season. All nine of his point came before halftime, so this certainly could’ve been a bigger performance for him. Still, it was good to see him provide more playmaking in this outing. They’ll wrap up the week in Detroit on Saturday, which will be another tough matchup.

While Traoré shot the ball reasonably well on Tuesday, this was a night to forget for the rookie point guard. He ran into “Off Night,” better known as Davion Mitchell, and it was not pretty. Not only did Traoré fail to record an assist, but he was also responsible for six turnovers. He’ll look to bounce back in Thursday’s rematch.

Traoré entered Friday having scored in double figures in three of his prior four games, but that’s not why his rostership has increased recently. The assists and steals are where the rookie has been most valuable since locking down a spot in the starting lineup. The seven assists were the most in a game for Traoré since February 11, and he has multiple steals in five of his last six appearances.

Traoré had another impressive performance on Friday, scoring in double figures for the fifth time in his past six appearances. The rookie guard used a combination of interior scoring and free-throw production to tally most of his points, and did a good job defensively of collecting stocks. Traoré has come into his own late and carved out a nice role. He’s trending in the right direction, and as long as his minutes remain high, he should finish the end of the fantasy season relatively strong.

Traoré become a starter for the Nets in late January, and he is really starting to figure things out. Over his last four games, Traoré has averaged 17.3 points, 8.0 assists and 1.8 triples per game while shooting 59.1 percent for the floor. The turnovers have been an issue, and he doesn’t contribute much defensively, but he has shown he can be a high-level producer of assists. He’s still only 19 years old and should be a valuable asset in dynasty leagues.

After totaling 17 assists in his first four games of February, Traorë had the best night of his rookie season on Monday. The rookie guard reached double digits in assists for the first time while also recording his first double-double. Throughout the night, Traoré did a good job of getting his teammates the ball in spots where they could easily make plays. Egor Dëmin has performed the best of Brooklyn’s three rookie guards this season, but the front office has to be encouraged by what they saw from Traoré on Monday.

Two days removed from combining with Egor Dëmin to become the first Nets rookie tandem to score 20 points or more in the same game since 1982, Traoré had another solid outing. While the overall numbers were modest, the rookie point guard committed just one turnover in 24 minutes. With Dëmin (4/2/2/1/1) getting his minutes at the off-guard spot, the Nets have relied on Traoré and another rookie, Ben Saraf (10/4/4/2 with one three-pointer in 24 minutes) to run the show. Dëmin is the safest fantasy option of the three perimeter rookies, but Traoré is worth watching.

For the second time this season, Traoré scored 21 points in a game. However, the assists and assist-to-turnover ratio are of greater importance to the Nets when evaluating the rookie guard. Traoré committed four turnovers on the night, which is no small feat when considering the defensive abilities of Orlando’s Jalen Suggs and Anthony Black. With the Nets headed back to the draft lottery, Traoré should play plenty for the rest of the season. While not a must-add, his name is one to keep in mind for the post-All-Star break portion of the schedule.

With Egor Dëmin unavailable, the Nets relied on fellow rookies Traoré and Ben Saraf to run the show in Denver. Traoré logged 30 minutes and had a few good moments, but there’s still a lot of work to be done. The same can be said for Saraf, who went scoreless with two rebounds, three assists and one blocked shot in 18 minutes. As long as Dëmin is playing rotation minutes, there isn’t much to gain from rostering Traoré or Saraf in redraft leagues.

Traoré will be back following a one-game absence due to an illness. Traoré was productive in his most recent performance, and he’ll get the opportunity to build on that. However, he hasn’t been a consistent enough producer to this point to justify him as a streaming option.

Traoré’s absence on Sunday led to fellow rookie Ben Saraf playing rotation minutes off the bench. While neither player is a factor in redraft leagues currently, that may change after the All-Star break.
