Salaün’s continued absence does not affect fantasy basketball, as he had already fallen behind Grant Williams on the depth chart. The second-year forward should only be rostered in dynasty leagues, and that may be a stretch.

Miller had a rough day in San Antonio. In addition to missing all seven of his two-point attempts, the Hornets’ wing may have tweaked his right wrist during the fourth quarter. Miller did remain in the game after the ensuing timeout, but that’s something to keep an eye on ahead of Charlotte’s game against Miami on Tuesday.

After playing 31 minutes in Wednesday’s win over the Kings, Ball was limited to 22 minutes on Saturday. Early foul trouble was an issue for the Hornets’ point guard, but he still managed to record a solid overall stat line. Since the break, Ball has provided fourth-round value in eight-cat formats. He and the Hornets open a three-game Week 21 on Tuesday against the Heat.

Knueppel has scored 20 points or more in four of his last six appearances, including a solid effort against the Spurs on Saturday. Since the All-Star break, the rookie guard has been close to a top-50 player in eight-cat formats. The Hornets play three games in Week 21, starting with the Heat on Tuesday.

Kalkbrenner was scratched with an illness minutes before Wednesday’s win over the Kings. The 24-year-old is set to return Saturday against the Spurs, pushing Xavier Tillman Sr. out of the rotation after he had two points in 14 minutes as the backup center against the Kings.

White was initially listed as probable for Saturday’s game against the Spurs, so his availability isn’t much of a surprise. In his new bench role with the Hornets, though, the 26-year-old point guard’s fantasy value is limited.

White is on the injury report for Saturday’s game, but the probable tag suggests that he is on track to play. If so, he’ll continue to serve as the first guard off the bench, which has limited his fantasy value in Charlotte.

Kalkbrenner was a late scratch for Wednesday’s win over the Kings, with the Hornets announcing just before tipoff that he would not play. His return would push Xavier Tillman Sr. out of the rotation after he served as the backup center on Wednesday.

Having shot 9-of-20 from the field in his prior two games, Knueppel cleaned up his shooting in Wednesday’s victory. The rookie knocked down five of his eight three-point attempts and was perfect at the foul line. Since the All-Star break, Knueppel has averaged nearly 21 points per game while shooting 51.2 percent from the field. He’s been right there with Cooper Flagg in the race for Rookie of the Year, and some would argue that Knueppel should be the favorite.

Miller has scored at least 20 points in three of his last four appearances, and Wednesday’s stat line had everything but a blocked shot. Since the All-Star break, the Hornets wing has provided second-round value in eight-cat formats, exceeding his Yahoo! ADP by a few rounds. Not only has Miller’s improved production benefited fantasy managers, but it’s one reason why the Hornets are in contention for a playoff spot in the East.

Bridges entered Wednesday’s game in a shooting slump, averaging 11.8 points per game on 30.8 percent shooting from the field over his last five games. To say he needed a night like Wednesday would be an understatement. The 26 points were the most Bridges has scored in a game since February 7, when he hit that number in a win over the Hawks. He’ll look to finish Week 20 on a high note when the Hornets visit the Spurs on Saturday.

Ball was one of four Hornets starters to score at least 20 points in Tuesday’s victory, with the point guard producing his first 30-point game since a February 22 win over the Wizards. Since the All-Star break, he has been providing fourth-round per-game value in eight-cat formats. The Hornets play once more in Week 20, a road game against the Spurs on Saturday.

The Hornets announced shortly before Wednesday’s game that Kalkbrenner would be available, only for the rookie center to be ruled out at tipoff. Xavier Tillman picked up backup center minutes in the first quarter, but he’s unlikely to get the run needed to affect fantasy basketball.

Kalkbrenner is a late addition to the Hornets’ injury report, but he is listed as probable to play. If he can’t go, Grant Williams may spend more time at the five as part of smaller lineups when starting center Moussa Diabaté is not on the floor.

White’s absence for Tuesday’s win over the Trail Blazers led to Josh Green and Sion James getting more playing time, although LaMelo Ball getting into foul trouble was also a factor. Green and James may take hits to their minutes with White in the fold.

Williams will sit out Wednesday’s game for injury management reasons, as he logged 14 minutes in Tuesday’s win over the Trail Blazers. Pat Connaughton could pick up a few more minutes off the bench, but he is not worth the risk in fantasy leagues.

Miller had at least 22 points for the second time in his last three games. The 23-year-old small forward also grabbed nine rebounds, coming one shy of a double-double. Miller has provided second-round per game value over the last two weeks. The Hornets have two more games this week, starting with a matchup against the Kings on Wednesday.

Bridges’ scoring output has decreased since the All-Star break, and his season-long fantasy value has suffered. Including Sunday’s performance, he’s averaged 12.6 points per game on 40 percent shooting since the break. Add in Bridges shooting 66.7 percent from the field and limited production in assists, steals and blocks, and his post-break value sits well outside the top-100. Bridges should still be rostered in most leagues regardless of format, but fantasy managers hope he can turn things around in Week 20.

One game removed from dropping 27 points in a loss to the Heat, Knueppel was limited to 15 on Sunday. One subpar performance doesn’t erase the overall body of work, and the rookie remains one of the best first-year players in fantasy basketball. Knueppel will look to rebound when the Hornets visit the Trail Blazers on Tuesday, the first of three games they’ll play in Week 20.

For the first time since the All-Star break, Ball has scored at least 20 points in back-to-back games. While he shot 4-of-12 from beyond the arc, the overall efficiency was good. Ball shot just under 50 percent from the field and kept the turnovers in check, committing two. The Hornets continue their road trip with three games in Week 20, starting with a back-to-back against the Trail Blazers and Kings on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Knueppel and the Hornets saw their winning streak snapped at the hands of the Heat on Friday 128-120. The 20-year-old shooting guard still had an excellent game, leading Charlotte with 27 points. Knueppel was 9-of-14 from the field and went 6-of-10 from behind the three-point line. He’s provided fourth-round per game value over the last two weeks. The Hornets close out Week 19 against the Suns on Sunday.

Having totaled 23 points on 10-of-25 shooting in his prior two games, Knueppel got back to his usual business on Wednesday. He led four Hornets in double figures with 20 points, shooting 50 percent from the field overall and 4-of-8 from beyond the arc. Knueppel and the Hornets play twice more in Week 19, starting with the Heat on Friday as they continue their climb up the Eastern Conference standings.

With the trade to Charlotte and his return from a calf injury, White’s role with his new team has lowered his fantasy ceiling. However, the Hornets guard had a good night in Boston, recording excellent percentages and dishing out a team-high six assists (tied with Moussa Diabaté). Just as concerning for managers who have White rostered as his role is Charlotte’s upcoming schedule, as they’ll have another back-to-back to navigate during Week 20.

After only needing to play 21 minutes in Tuesday’s rout of the Mavericks, Miller logged 27 minutes as the Hornets torched the Celtics by a 118-89 final score. All that was missing from his final stat line was a blocked shot, but the efficient scoring and three steals should compensate for that. Miller and the Hornets have won six straight and are 21-8 since New Year’s Day.
