Herro struggled with his shot on Tuesday during his 34 minutes on the floor. Specifically, his inability to finish efficiently inside the three-point line led to the low field-goal percentage. Yet, he sank three triples and produced at the free-throw line to end as one of Miami’s three players with at least 20 points on the night. Herro also turned out a solid outing as a facilitator in the team’s season-ending loss. He battled injuries throughout the season and only logged 33 regular-season games, leaving him with little fantasy basketball value in his seventh NBA season.

Mitchell logged a game-high 48 minutes on Tuesday and did just about everything the Heat could have hoped for. He shot the ball well en route to leading the team in scoring, was one of Miami’s top facilitators, and was the Heat’s only player with at least one block and steal apiece. Unfortunately for Mitchell, his blocked game-winning layup attempt will be the lasting memory of what was a very strong performance. Mitchell played 70 games this season and made a big step as a passer. Yet he wasn’t a reliable option when it came to fantasy basketball.

Wiggins was one of several Heat players to make positive contributions on the offensive end of the floor. His 27 points trailed only Davion Mitchell’s 28, as the veteran forward had production across all three scoring levels. Wiggins was also one of the Heat’s best rebounders on the night during his 42 minutes of game action. He finished the season as a fairly comparable fantasy basketball performer as he was a season ago, albeit on fewer points per game. If Wiggins remains on the Heat going forward, he could be in for a similar season.

Adebayo fell hard on his back during the second quarter of Tuesday’s Play-In Tournament game while trying to save a loose ball. He was subbed out at the ensuing deadball, taken to the locker room, and never returned. He was eventually ruled out for the remainder of the game during the third quarter, leaving Miami without one of its best players. Jaime Jaquez Jr. started in Adebayo’s place to begin the second half and could see more minutes if the team advances, depending on Adebayo’s status.

Larsson is good to go after being listed as questionable on the injury report initially released by the Heat on Monday evening. He’ll figure prominently in the Heat wing rotation, whether he starts or comes off the bench. In four games against the Hornets during the regular season, Larsson averaged 15.3 points on 55.6 percent shooting from the field.

Jaquez stayed hot after scoring 23 points in Friday’s win over the Wizards. This was his second straight 20-point game while shooting at least 70 percent from the floor. Jaquez has made a strong case for Sixth Man of the Year, and while he may not win the award, he will continue to be a pivotal piece for Miami as they enter the play-in tournament against the Hornets next week.

Powell was able to end the regular season on a high note after a rough few months for him. He was able to start the season hot, but injuries hit his fantasy value hard. This was his highest-scoring outing since February, and he was one of three Heat players to score at least 25 points in this game. It was encouraging for him to have this type of performance, and he’ll look to carry this production into their play-in tournament matchup with the Hornets next week.

Adebayo wraps up the regular season with his third straight 20-point double-double while also contributing multiple defensive stats in each game. He typically isn’t quite as impactful in fantasy basketball as he is on the court for the Heat, but he has been a fantasy stud over the final couple months. Miami will be the 10th seed in the East, meaning they will travel to Charlotte for the play-in tournament next week. If Adebayo is playing this well, they will certainly have a chance to survive the tournament and make it to the playoffs.

The three-point shooting remains a work in progress, but Mitchell has made strides as a point guard this season.

While Herro finished Thursday’s defeat with a solid field-goal percentage, the Heat need more production from him than what they received in their two games in Toronto. He totaled 29 points and four three-pointers in the two defeats, which isn’t going to cut it when considering the Heat roster. Herro’s name was one mentioned in the Giannis Antetokounmpo trade rumors in the winter, and it’s fair to wonder if Miami’s front office will intensify its pursuit of the “Greek Freak” this offseason. And with the Heat once again in the Play-In Tournament, significant changes may be needed.

After a poor showing in Tuesday’s loss to the Raptors, Adebayo rebounded nicely on Thursday. After shooting 1-of-7 from deep the last time out, the Heat captain was 2-of-4 on Thursday, choosing to do more of his work around the basket. Adebayo has certainly improved as a perimeter shooter, but there are times when he spends too much time away from the basket, which often bails out the defense. He’ll remain a valuable option for fantasy managers in 2026-27, but the lingering question is whether the Heat will make major roster changes.
