Burger drove in a run with a base hit in the fourth inning, then plated two more runs with another single in the fifth. With the Rangers up by nine runs in the seventh, Burger took infielder Kevin Newman deep for a solo homer to extend the Texas lead. It was the third multi-hit game in Burger’s last four contests.
