Berríos did strike out six and walk one, but he got a friendly zone from the home plate umpire, who granted two called strike punchouts against Jordan Westburg on pitches that were clearly balls. Berríos gave up a run in each of his first four innings and will now take a 5.16 ERA into a start against Seattle next week. He should be treated as just a streamer at this point in his career.

Clement drew the start at shortstop on Sunday with Bo Bichette as the DH. The 29-year-old infielder had three singles and scored twice as the Blue Jays lost to the Phillies. Clement’s fantasy utility is strictly limited to AL-Only leagues and deeper mixed formats. He’s hitting .292 with a .742 OPS on the year.

Berrios gave up nine hits, walked one and struck out five. Even without Bryce Harper, the Phillies’ lineup is a difficult matchup for opposing pitchers. Berrios hadn’t allowed more than three runs in five consecutive starts entering Sunday, but was hit hard in a six-run outing against the Phillies. The 31-year-old right-hander has a 3.81 ERA and 76/33 K/BB ratio in 87 1/3 innings this year. He’s set to face the White Sox at home in a much easier matchup next weekend.

Guerrero knocked a base hit in the third inning, then drove in one of Toronto’s two runs with a double in the fifth. He delivered two of the Blue Jays five hits as the lineup was quieted by Cristopher Sánchez. The 26-year-old first baseman is slashing .278/.380/.421 with eight homers, 41 runs scored, and 31 RBI across 305 plate appearances.
