The 23-year-old right-hander went through his complete warm-up routine for the 7:15 start, but the Phillies opted to go with a bullpen game following a rain delay that lasted longer than two hours. Abel remained in the dugout for the duration of the game. It’s unclear at this time when he might pitch next.
