The 24-year-old right-hander walked two and struck out two on the day. After working three scoreless frames to start the day, he allowed a run on an RBI double by Brady House in the fourth inning. Kochanowicz then exited with two men on and no outs in the fifth inning and one of those runners scored against the Halos’ bullpen. He got just five swings and misses on 63 pitches on the afternoon, registering an underwhelming CSW of 22 percent.
