Estrada is going to miss his fourth-consecutive game unless he comes off the bench because of a contusion on his hand. The 29-year-old veteran will sit with Orlando Arcia hitting eighth and starting at second.

Moniak did his damage against Diamondbacks’ right-hander Zac Gallen in the fourth inning, crushing a first pitch knuckle curve for a 452-foot (107.0 mph EV) two-run blast that pulled the Rockies to within two runs at 6-4. With his two-hit attack, the 27-year-old outfielder is now hitting .245/.296/.489 with 10 homers and 24 RBI on the season.

Woof. Gomber also issued one walk on the night and didn’t strike out a batter. The Diamondbacks scratched out single runs in each of the first two innings against him then broke the game open with four runs in the fourth — including a three-run blast off the bat of Ketel Marte. After the Rockies scored six times to take the lead in the home half of the fourth, Gomber came back out and served up another pair of homers in the fifth inning to give it back. He got just four whiffs on 81 pitches on the night, posting an underwhelming CSW of 19 percent. He’ll bring a disappointing 8.38 ERA and 1.66 WHIP into a brutal matchup against the Dodgers at Coors Field on Thursday.

It’s the third consecutive game that Estrada has missed since exiting Tuesday’s game with a right wrist contusion. It still sounds like they’re taking things day-to-day, but if he doesn’t start to show significant improvement soon, a backdated stint on the injured list could be in order. Orlando Arcia will once again take his place at second base and will bat eighth for the Rockies against Zac Gallen and the Diamondbacks on Friday night.

Westburg was removed from Saturday’s game against the Yankees after jamming his finger, but the good news is that the initial imaging revealed no structural damage. The 26-year-old will have a chance to get back into the lineup in the coming days — assuming no setbacks — and should be considered day-to-day for now.

Turang drove in a run on a sacrifice fly in the first inning, then later led off the eighth with a double and scored on a sacrifice fly by Isaac Collins. Turang collected a second hit and run scored in the ninth. The 25-year-old second baseman is hitting a solid .272/.351/355 with four homers, 49 runs scored, and 16 steals across 317 plate appearances.

Not great. Westburg was lifted for a pinch-hitting Coby Mayo in the third inning of Saturday’s contest after drawing a walk in his lone plate appearance. He appeared to suffer the injury while sliding head-first into the second-base bag on a first-inning stolen base. The 26-year-old third baseman will presumably head for further evaluation and imaging to determine the severity of the issue. There should be an update on his status shortly.
