Rogers did have control issues with 52-of-91 pitches landing for strikes and three free passes, but he was able to work around those walks for the most part. He allowed just three hits — one of those a homer — and his ERA is still a sensational 2.05; albeit over a sample of just four starts. Rogers will try and keep up the good work with maybe a little more consistent strike-throwing against Atlanta over the weekend.

O’Neill was initially placed on the IL with a shoulder impingement on May 18. He began a rehab assignment in early June but was pulled off the assignment on June 14 and received an injection in his AC joint. He started his rehab assignment with High-A Aberdeen on June 22, then played four games for Double-A Chesapeake June 24-28, and is now with Triple-A Norfolk. He should make another rehab appearance for Triple-A Norfolk, and then could be activated to rejoin the Orioles outfield. It’s unclear what his shoulder injury will do to his power, but O’Neill’s offensive upside is good enough that he should be added anywhere he was dropped. His return would likely push Ramon Laureano into a part-time role, unless the Orioles choose to play O’Neill mostly at designated hitter, which would push Coby Mayo or Ramon Urias to the bench.

Henderson did all of his damage in the extra frames. He blasted a homer in the 10th to give the O’s a 5-3 lead, and after Baltimore blew a 6-3 lead in the bottom of the frame, Henderson doubled in a pair in the 11th. The 24-year-old star ends June with 10 homers, 29 RBI and .799 OPS, and appears to be getting back to that upper-echelon level he played at for the majority of 2024. There’s every reason to believe that’ll be what fantasy managers get from Henderson over the summer.
