InjuryNets head coach Jordi Fernandez said Saturday that Egor Dëmin (leg) is progressing in his recovery and will be re-evaluated next week.
Dëmin has missed the Nets’ last four games with a bruised right leg, and he’ll miss a few more before being re-evaluated. The second-year guard will miss games against the Hawks (Saturday) and the Mavericks (Sunday) before doctors re-evaluate his leg to assess his progress. Chaney Johnson has been the replacement in the starting lineup and should retain that role until Dëmin is allowed to return.
