49ers DT Jordan Elliott (ankle) left San Francisco’s Week 8 game against the Texans and was ruled out.

The 49ers continue to rack up injuries on defense. Elliott played 18 snaps before being ruled out, and Alfred Collins will assume a bigger role going forward with Elliott out.
