NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports Tanner McKee (rib) will serve as the Eagles’ backup quarterback in Week 9 against the Giants.

McKee was demoted to QB2 after Week 8. He suffered a rib injury in that game, but is healthy enough to hold a clipboard. Joe Milton will make his first career start versus the Giants today.
