A late bloomer with a basketball background and a JUCO-to-UTSA climb, Frazier (6'3/186) exploded onto the scene in 2024 with a UTSA program-record six interceptions. At 6’2¾” with 32.88” arms and elite speed (4.36 forty), Frazier combines length, burst, and ball skills that translate to outside corner in man or zone. His 9.36 RAS validates the athletic upside, and his ability to track vertical routes and elevate with receiver-like body control shows up consistently on tape. A bit of a one-year wonder, most of his ball production came in a three-game stretch, and his recognition skills and transitions remain inconsistent against polished route runners. His high-hipped frame can stall in short-area movement, but his stride-and-glide recovery speed makes up for it. While already 25 and raw in spots, Frazier’s rare physical traits, sticky man coverage flashes, and upward trajectory make him a high-upside boundary corner with starter traits.
