Darnell Mooney caught 5-of-7 targets for 92 yards and a touchdown in the Falcons’ Week 8 win against the Bucs.

Mooney reeled in a 30-yard touchdown down the seam — one of four Kirk Cousins touchdown tosses on the day. It was Mooney’s third touchdown against the Bucs in 2024; he had 102 yards on nine catches in Week 3 against the miserable Tampa secondary. Mooney remains the Falcons’ primary downfield threat and should be considered a fairly high variance WR3 option in Week 9 against the Cowboys.
