Dolphins ruled out S Jevon Holland (knee) for Week 9 against the Bills.

Despite Mike McDaniel’s early-week assurances, Holland never had a shot at playing in Week 9. He failed to practice all week, as did slot CB Kader Kohou who was likewise ruled out. The Dolphins’ short-staffed secondary will have a difficult time stymieing the Bills’ talented pass catchers.
