Malik Nabers caught 5-of-7 targets for 66 yards in the Giants’ Week 1 loss to the Vikings.

Nabers actually got out-targeted and out-caught by check-down merchant Wan’Dale Robinson, but he led the G-Men in receiving. The Giants had trouble getting Nabers involved in the first quarter due to Daniel Jones’ predictable struggles, but seemed to make it a point of emphasis thereafter. It was still difficult for Nabers to shine amongst Jones’ struggles, which was the fear all along. The Commanders do represent a softer matchup for Week 2 than Brian Flores’ Vikes.
