49ers GM John Lynch said Jauan Jennings (hip) is questionable for Week 8 against the Cowboys.

Jennings hasn’t practiced this week and also missed Week 7 with the same injury. The 49ers hope to have Deebo Samuel (wrist/illness) back for Sunday’s game, but he could also be looking at an uphill battle to return. The 49ers could have a dangerously thin receiving corps in Week 8, which could pave the way for rookie Ricky Pearsall to be force-fed targets in just his second game as a pro.
