Neither Dillard (Round 1) nor OT Nicholas Petit-Frere (Round 3) has lived up to their original draft capital, but the 49ers could do far worse for their backup offensive tackle spots. The 29-year-old Dillard is unlikely to make leaps in performance, but at just 25 years old, Petit-Frere may still be capable of improving.
