49ers WR Deebo Samuel (ribs) is questionable to return to Week 8 against the Cowboys.

Samuel departed midway through the fourth quarter with a ribs injury and is questionable to return. He came into the weekend listed as questionable after spending two days in the hospital with pneumonia, ultimately suiting up against the Cowboys. He managed to catch 4-of-7 targets for 71 yards and added 15 yards on four carries prior to departing.
