Bucky Irving (hamstring) said he’ll play in Week 4 against the Eagles.

Irving was downgraded on Thursday and did not practice while dealing with a hamstring issue he picked up in Week 3 against the Broncos. Even if Irving plays in Week 4, he could be limited behind lead back Rachaad White. If Irving is out, White will see a big workload against a porous Philadelphia rush defense.
