Bucky Irving

Bucky Irving rushed nine times for 62 yards in the Bucs’ Week 1 win over the Commanders.

Most of Irving’s yardage came on a 31-yard scamper in the fourth quarter, but the rookie was clearly the best running back in the Tampa Bay backfield. He hits the hole decisively and has the juice to get into the second and third level. Rachaad White will continue to see plenty of snaps because of his value as a receiver, but we wouldn’t be surprised to see Irving’s role continue to grow. He needs to be scooped up in any leagues where he wasn’t drafted.
