Bucs selected UTEP OG Elijah Klein with the No. 220 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Small-school Klein (6'4/306) was off most day-trader draft analyst’s radars. Impressively somehow at UTEP since 2018, Klein has been a starting mainstay since 2019. He has experience at both guard spots, but it’s far more extensive on the right side. Strong and long, Klein has the “mean streak” pro scouts look for in an interior lineman. He’s a favorite of NFL Network’s Brian Baldinger.
