De’Von Achane is being evaluated for a concussion.

Achane took a wicked shot to the head on an end-around run in the first quarter. Achane was seen in the dreaded fencing position shortly after the head shot, which often indicates a brain injury. He was helped to the blue medical tent and would seem unlikely to return in Week 5 against the Patriots. Raheem Mostert would slot in as the team’s RB1 if Achane misses time.
