Jonathan Taylor (ankle) did not practice on Friday.

Taylor was ruled out by head coach Shane Steichen after missing the practice, putting Trey Sermon and Tyler Goodson in the driver’s seat for Week 7. Taylor will miss his second-straight game as a result of his injury and will not turn his sights to a Week 8 return against the Texans. The Colts have opted not to put Taylor on injured reserve at this point, suggesting there’s a chance he could return without having to miss the four games required of any player placed on IR.
