Justin Jefferson

Justin Jefferson

MINWR • #18

Justin Jefferson caught 7-of-8 targets for 81 yards and a touchdown in the Vikings’ Week 7 loss to the Lions.

Jefferson made several spectacular grabs in this game including a diving snag in the end zone for a 25-yard score. Jefferson predictably led the Vikings in all receiving categories, but Sam Darnold attempted just 28 passes, keeping Jefferson’s target volume in check. Jefferson has scored in all but one game this year. On the other hand, he has inexplicably hit 100 yards just once. Jefferson will remain in the WR1 ranks for his Week 8 matchup with the Rams, though it’s fair to question his weekly ceiling at this point.
