NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports Patrick Mahomes is considered “week to week” with an ankle injury.

X-rays on the injury, sustained Sunday against the Browns, came back negative. The Chiefs will continue testing on the ankle in the coming days as it appears Mahomes could be iffy for Week 16 against the Texans. Carson Wentz would get the start for KC if Mahomes is forced to sit next week against Houston.
