Rico Dowdle

Rico Dowdle rushed 25 times for 149 yards in the Cowboys’ Week 15 win over the Panthers.

Despite the incredible rushing line, Dowdle ended the day with a quiet, 14.9 fantasy points. He was not targeted and all three of the Cowboys’ touchdowns came through the air. While fantasy managers may be left wanting more, Dowdle’s role remained elite. He out-carried Ezekiel Elliott 25-9 and set a career-high in rush attempts. Dowdle has now seen at least 20 opportunities (carries plus targets) in four straight games. His elite role will have him fighting for an RB1 rank in Week 16 against the Bucs.
