Rome Odunze caught 3-of-6 targets for 41 yards in the Bears’ Week 8 loss to the Commanders.

The Bears had just 36 passing yards as a team through the first three quarters, so Odunze leading the team in yards shouldn’t come as much of a surprise. The rookie receiver hauled in a key pass on the Bears’ final drive to help set up a Roschon Smith touchdown run and has now gone for 40 or more yards in three straight games. Odunze faces stiff target competition from Keenan Allen and DJ Moore and has been largely unproductive for fantasy purposes. He’ll be a boom-or-bust WR4 in Week 9 against the Cardinals.
