Steelers HC Mike Tomlin said Jaylen Warren wasn’t “running smoothly” and was pulled from the team’s Week 3 win over the Chargers.

Warren will be evaluated to determine what may be ailing him, but the Steelers’ RB2 managed just three carries for five yards in the victory and added one reception for a four-yard loss. After managing just four touches in the team’s Week 1 opener, Warren managed 11 touches in Week 2, creating some optimism for him going forward early in the season. An injury would make a disappointing start even worse, especially if he were to miss any kind of time. We’ll know more on his status in the coming days.
