Taysom Hill

Taysom Hill (ribs) is active for Week 8 against the Chargers.

Hill has missed time with a rib injury but will return to the depleted New Orleans lineup against LA. Hill could see an increased role as a pass catcher and possibly as a quarterback in the struggling New Orleans offense. Saints declared QB Derek Carr, WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling, WR Cedrick Wilson Jr., LB Jaylan Ford, G Nick Saldiveri, TE Dallin Holker, and Khristian Boyd inactive against the Chargers.
