Justin Jefferson

Justin Jefferson

MINWR • #18

Vikings coach Kevin O’Connell said Justin Jefferson (quad) participated in a walk-through practice on Wednesday.

It’s too early to say Jefferson is good to go for Week 3, but things are trending in that direction for the superstar wideout. The Vikings are hoping to get him more work in the coming days of practice, so we’ll have a better picture of his status soon. Jefferson suffered the quad injury in the third quarter of Minnesota’s Week 2 win over the 49ers. O’Connell called him day to day after the game. Assuming he plays, Jefferson will remain in the WR1 overall conversation for his Week 3 matchup with the Texans.
