Cleveland.com’s Mary Kay Cabot reports the NFL has closed its review of Deshaun Watson’s most recent sexual assault accusation and will not issue a fine or suspension.
Browns coach Kevin Stefanski said Deshaun Watson would remain the starting quarterback because “Deshaun gives us the best chance to win, continues to give us the best chance to win.”
