Johnson was dominant in this game, recording the third triple-double of his career and his first of the season. On top of that, he set new career-highs for points, rebounds, assists and steals while matching his career-high for three-pointers. Usually it’s difficult to say if a game is truly the best of a player’s career, but it doesn’t feel hyperbolic to say that for Johnson. He started to break out last season, but shoulder injuries cut his year short. Now, he’s healthy enough to put the league on notice, and the absence of Trae Young (knee) has allowed Johnson to see a bump in usage. With Young likely still a few weeks away from returning, Johnson will continue to run the show in Atlanta, which should lead to more elite production from him. What will be interesting to see is how this team adjusts to Young’s return; the Hawks have the second-best defensive rating in the league in the month of November and have won four in a row without him.

With Kristaps Porzingis (rest) sitting out the second night of the Hawks’ back-to-back, Okongwu got the starting nod, as expected. What wasn’t expected was how effective he’d be from deep. He shattered his previous career-high for triples and set a new career-high for points as well. Okongwu has improved as a deep-range shooter throughout his career, but the strides he has taken this year can’t be understated; he’s averaging 1.6 three-pointers per game this year, which is more than double what he averaged last year. OO is developing into a true stretch five, which makes him and the Hawks even more dangerous. He’s at his best in the box score when Porzingis isn’t available, but the two centers have been able to share the floor at times this year as well. Okongwu will continue to be a reliable option in fantasy basketball, regardless of what format you’re playing in. However, he turns into a fantasy superstar when Porzingis is out, which is worth noting since the Hawks have another back-to-back coming up next weekend.

Injuries opened the door for Krejčí to return to the rotation a few games ago, and he made the most of the opportunity. That earned him more playing time, and he’s stayed hot over the last four games. During this stretch, he is averaging 19 points and 4.8 three-pointers per game while shooting 63.4 percent from the floor. Until Trae Young (knee) is back, Krejčí appears to be worth rostering in deeper formats and is making a push to be a standard-league option.

It has been a rough start to the year for Poeltl, but after recording two straight double-doubles, he set a new season-high for scoring in this game. During this three-game stretch, Poeltl is averaging 14.7 points, 9.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.0 block per game while shooting 76.2 percent from the floor. He’s playing to his seventh round ADP, and he’ll look to keep that going in Indiana on Saturday to close out this week.

After missing Toronto’s last game with a neck injury, Mamu was able to make a big impact in their win in Cleveland. Collin Murray-Boyles (illness) was sidelined, which opened the door for Mamu to play a larger role. He took advantage and scored in double figures for the fourth straight game. Quickley’s rough start to the year is clearly behind him. He has scored at least 20 points three times this season, with all of those coming during Toronto’s last three games. He’s averaging 23.7 points, 5.0 rebounds, 5.7 assists and 4.3 triples per game while shooting 60.9 percent from the floor during that stretch. He’ll look to stay hot in Indiana on Saturday to wrap up the week.

It has been an excellent start to the year for Barnes, but this was arguably his best performance of the season. He matched his season-high for both assists and blocks and fell two dimes shy of a triple-double. Barnes has been a top-10 player in nine-category leagues this season and is averaging career-highs in points, three-pointers, steals and blocks while also posting the best shooting splits of his career. Barnes’ early success has helped the Raptors win six of their last seven games.

Alexander-Walker returned from a two-game absence and logged a balanced performance against the Kings on Wednesday. Okongwu was one of two Hawks players to score at least 20 points in the team’s blowout win over the Kings. Ingram did nearly all his damage in mid-range and free-throw line against one of the worst defensive teams in the league this season, as he went just 1-of-6 from three-point range but still managed to shoot nearly 50 percent from the floor. With his parents sitting courtside, Johnson recorded his third double-double of the season on Monday. He has been Atlanta’s most valuable fantasy option, and Trae Young’s absence has raised Johnson’s ceiling. Interestingly, Mouhamed Gueye, who started for Johnson on Saturday, only played eight minutes off the bench. While the decrease in playing time was expected, Gueye falling out of the rotation completely was a surprise. The Hawks have a Wednesday/Thursday back-to-back, which will impact the fantasy prospects of Johnson and Gueye.

Despite being a fixture in the Hawks’ starting lineup when available, Porziņģis has just three 20-point games in eight appearances. A perfect night at the foul line gave his point total a welcome boost on Monday, but fantasy managers can also benefit from the assists and blocked shots. Porziņģis is providing fifth-round value in fantasy basketball, which aligns with his Yahoo! ADP of 53. Onyeka Okongwu returned to the bench on Monday after starting Saturday’s win over the Lakers, finishing with 10 points, six rebounds and three assists in 26 minutes. The rookie returned to the rotation with the Hawks playing without five key pieces, and he delivered energy off the bench, which resulted in production in the box score. The Hawks played this game without their top four scorers, which meant that more offensive responsibility fell to Daniels. While he didn’t provide his typical dose of steals, he was able to turn in his best offensive performance of the season and set a new career-high for assists.
