Harden started slowly on Sunday, shooting 2-of-6 from the field and scoring six points in the first half. Like many of his teammates, The Beard was better in the second half, but the hole Cleveland found itself in early in the third quarter was too deep to climb out of. Harden did dish out 10 assists without recording a turnover, the first time he’s done so since joining the Cavaliers. Over his past two games, the former MVP totaled 15 assists and ten turnovers. Cleveland plays four games in Week 20, starting with the 76ers on Monday.

Mobley, serving as the starting center with Jarrett Allen (knee) unavailable, had an excellent afternoon despite the Cavaliers’ 109-98 defeat. Shooting over 50 percent from the field, the 6-foot-11 forward/center was also responsible for eight rebounds and three blocked shots. With the Cavaliers hosting the 76ers on Monday, the boost to Mobley’s fantasy value would remain if Allen has to miss another game.

Mitchell may have been one of the few Cavaliers to get the memo about the early starting time, as he scored 12 of the team’s 36 first-half points. He was even more productive in the second half, finishing with a game-high 30 points on solid percentages and a complete stat line. The Cavaliers play four games in Week 20, starting with the 76ers on Monday. Due to his having missed the last four games with a strained groin, Mitchell may not be a lock to play against Philadelphia.

After a three-game absence with a sprained ankle, Wade is good to go for Sunday’s key matchup with the Celtics. He’ll likely slide into the space that was occupied by Jarrett Allen, who has been ruled out with a knee injury. This would also mean Evan Mobley is the starting center.

Clowney didn’t have a great night shooting the basketball, but he brought more to the table offensively than fellow starter Nic Claxton. Shooting 1-of-5 from the field, Clax finished with two points, six rebounds, four assists, one steal and three blocks. Brooklyn’s four-game Week 20 begins with a back-to-back, which could be an issue for Clowney and Claxton.

All eight of Williams’ official shot attempts on Saturday came for beyond the arc. The five three-pointers matched his season-high, and the Nets wing has shot 9-of-18 from deep over his last three games. While Williams was not the choice to move into the starting lineup in the aftermath of Egor Dëmin’s foot injury, he offers a higher upside than Terance Mann (seven points, four rebounds, two assists and one block), who is now starting.

The Nets outscored the Pistons by a 34-21 margin in the fourth quarter, but Porter did most of his damage in the first three frames. The Nets forward finished with his second double-double in as many games and 12th of the season, three shy of his total for the 2024-25 campaign. The good news for fantasy managers is that the Nets continue to play Porter starters’ minutes, preserving his value. Brooklyn plays four games in Week 20, starting with a home back-to-back against the Grizzlies (Monday) and Pistons (Tuesday). As a result, this could be a three-game week for Porter.

This was the second straight game that Clowney scored 17 points in a loss in Miami, but he did more work from beyond the three-point line in this one. He is one of the safest fantasy options in Brooklyn at the moment.

After being held without an assist in Tuesday’s loss in Miami, Traoré responded with his second-highest assist total in a game this season. All nine of his point came before halftime, so this certainly could’ve been a bigger performance for him. Still, it was good to see him provide more playmaking in this outing. They’ll wrap up the week in Detroit on Saturday, which will be another tough matchup.

Following a rough performance in Tuesday’s loss to the Heat, MPJ was better in the rematch, though his field goal percentage was still subpar, and the result on the scoreboard was the same. He continues to be the best fantasy option in Brooklyn, as long as the Nets keep playing him. Brooklyn has lost 10 games in a row, with MPJ playing in nine of them, so his availability hasn’t damaged their lottery odds. He’ll look to stay hot in Detroit on Saturday to wrap up this three-game road trip.

Porter’s three-point production matched his turnover count on Tuesday, as he missed all nine of his attempts. While Traoré shot the ball reasonably well on Tuesday, this was a night to forget for the rookie point guard. He ran into “Off Night,” better known as Davion Mitchell, and it was not pretty. On a night when the Nets shot 38 percent from the field, Clowney made half of his shots from the field. The foul line was where the forward/center boosted his point total, but more notable was the rebound total. Clowney’s seven rebounds were the most in a game for him since January 23, when he grabbed nine in an overtime loss to the Celtics. While he can provide three-point value, Clowney doing more on the glass over the final month of the regular season would be a good thing to see happen heading into the offseason.

The showdown between Harden and Detroit’s Cade Cunningham was one in which both players struggled to knock down shots. Given the defensive abilities of both teams, that isn’t surprising. However, one of the differences for Cleveland was that Harden received more help from the other guards in the rotation. Dennis Schröder (15/5/5 with two three-pointers), Craig Porter Jr. (7/8/3 with one three-pointer) and Keon Ellis (7/3/2/2/1) all gave the Cavaliers good minutes off the bench against the team with the best record in the East.

While he only attempted nine shots on the night, Mobley was efficient with his opportunities. And the overall line only lacked a blocked shot, with the forward/center being left to do a bit more following Jarrett Allen’s exit due to a right knee injury. With the Cavaliers once again without Donovan Mitchell and James Harden shooting 5-of-17 from the field, they needed more from the supporting cast on Tuesday. Tyson stepped up in a big way, leading the team in scoring while shooting 5-of-9 from beyond the arc. Add in the production in the other categories, and the second-year wing had another quality night as far as fantasy basketball is concerned. Tyson had a solid night in Detroit, but the ending was brutal for the second-year wing. Attempting to give a foul before the Pistons could get up a potential game-tying three, Tyson was ruled to have fouled Detroit’s Daniss Jenkins in the act of shooting with 4.7 seconds remaining in regulation. Jenkins made all three free throws, and the Pistons would go on to win in overtime. Ending aside, Tyson continues to make strides for the Cavaliers. Having totaled 17 points in his last three games, Wolf was more productive against the Spurs. The 14 points were the most the rookie has scored in a game since the Nets’ final game before the All-Star break, with Wolf hitting that number in a loss to the Pacers. His fantasy value for the rest of the season depends partly on Michael Porter Jr.'s availability. When MPJ is logging starters’ minutes, as he did on Thursday, it’s challenging to get too much value out of Wolf.
