Since Nic Claxton (six points, six rebounds, one assist, two steals and one blocked shot) was available, Sharpe was consigned to the bench on Sunday. However, he still posted a solid stat line, including a career-high four steals — his third time reaching this mark. While Sharpe’s fantasy ceiling right now depends on Claxton’s availability, he has the look of a player who could be a standout during the “silly season.” The Nets play four games in Week 15, including a midweek back-to-back, so now is a good time for deep-league managers to kick the tires on Sharpe.

Wolf didn’t have a good night shooting the basketball, but the rookie did record a complete stat line in his 26 minutes. Rostered in two percent of Yahoo! leagues, the 7-footer is ranked just inside the top-200 in eight-cat formats over the past two weeks. Wolf will have every opportunity to contribute during the second half of the season, so he should be a solid option for the “silly season.” As for right now, the percentages and overall production are too low to trust him in most fantasy leagues.

After failing to score at all during the first half, Dëmin knocked down three three-pointers and scored 12 points in the third quarter. Of course, the outcome was no longer in doubt by that point, with the Clippers winning by a 126-89 final score, but Dëmin has made encouraging strides as a shooter. The rookie entered Sunday’s game averaging 2.4 three-pointers per game while knocking down 40 percent of his attempts. The percentage will take a hit after Dëmin shot 3-of-10 on Sunday, but managers who are rostering him should be pleased with the overall development.

Allen was in the starting lineup for the first time since the Suns’ January 15 loss to the Pistons, stepping in for the injured Devin Booker. Like that last start, he didn’t get cheated on the shot attempts on Sunday. Unfortunately, Allen shot 1-of-11 from beyond the arc, with a 9-of-10 night at the foul line boosting his points tally. Booker will be re-evaluated in one week, so Allen will get a few more starts during the Suns’ four-game Week 15.

With no Devin Booker or Jalen Green, Brooks had to shoulder more of the offensive workload for the Suns on Sunday. He had a good night, shooting just under 50 percent from the field and recording a complete stat line without any turnovers. Over the past two weeks, Brooks has shot 34.4 percent from the field, and that has put a dent in his fantasy value. While he’s ranked outside the top-100, Booker being out for at least one week makes Brooks worth a look in 12-team leagues.

Clowney was initially doubtful for Sunday’s game, so his absence is unsurprising. Danny Wolf and Jalen Wilson should see their playing time increase. While Traoré’s absence won’t affect fantasy basketball, it does free up minutes on the back end of the Nets’ rotation. Terance Mann, who did not play in Friday’s double-overtime loss to the Celtics, may re-enter the rotation on Sunday. Traore took some time to earn his spot in the Nets’ rotation, but he’s finally at that point. The results hadn’t been pretty, but he was fantastic in this game. He set a new career high for points and minutes, though it wasn’t enough for Brooklyn to get the win in double overtime. Traore will continue to inconsistently produce while seeing big minutes, which could lead to some fun production during silly season.

MPJ matched his season low for scoring in Wednesday’s blowout loss to the Knicks. However, he was able to get back on track in this one and score at least 30 points for the second time this month. Gillespie has been fantastic for the Suns this season, and with injuries to both Devin Booker (ankle) and Jalen Green (hamstring), he’s only going to become more important. He was solid in this game and should continue to be a strong source of triples, assists and steals, but he’ll have more upside as a scorer if the Suns remain this shorthanded. If Booker and Green remain out against the Heat on Sunday, Gillespie should be in for a big performance.

Allen came off the bench once again, but that may not be the case for long. Both Devin Booker (ankle) and Jalen Green (hamstring) exited early from this game, and if they remain out, Allen should slide into the starting lineup and take on more minutes. Booker was in the midst of a big night before injuring his ankle, which forced him to exit early and not return. He was seen using crutches after the game to avoid putting pressure on it. While Goodwin has been ranked well outside the top-100 in eight- and nine-cat formats, he had another good night off the bench. Allen is most valuable to fantasy managers needing three-point production, and he’s made at least four in six consecutive games. However, his fantasy value isn’t limited to one category. Appearing in a game for the first time since November 8, Green was under a minutes restriction on Tuesday. He played 20 minutes and provided decent production in that role. Given the time missed, fantasy managers should not expect to see Green playing starters’ minutes anytime soon. Collin Gillespie remained in the starting lineup, finishing with 12 points, four rebounds, four assists and three three-pointers in 28 minutes. Williams has reached double figures in four of his last five appearances. However, Monday’s game was his first since January 7, after he missed six games due to illness. In addition to recording a season-high in assists, Mann hit double figures in points for the first time in his last eight appearances. While he did start on Monday, the veteran wing only played 26 minutes. Therein lies the issue for Mann, along with the inconsistent production. Getting the younger players minutes will only become more of a priority for the Nets moving forward, so there isn’t much to gain from rostering Mann.

Claxton is averaging career-highs in points and assists, with the latter category being more surprising. The Nets’ center, who entered Monday averaging 4.1 assists per game, has recorded four or more in six of his last seven appearances. Unfortunately, Claxton has shot 40 percent from the foul line over the past two weeks, which limits his value in roster builds where that category is not being punted.

Porter needed 23 shots to score his 23 points, with three-point shooting being the reason. A 40.5 percent shooter for the season, the Nets forward was 2-of-10 in Monday’s defeat. Porter’s 8-of-13 night from inside the arc ensured that his overall field-goal percentage didn’t take too big of a hit, and the overall stat line was a good one. As always, the concern for fantasy managers is Porter’s availability during playoff weeks, especially if he isn’t moved at or before the February 5 trade deadline.

An afterthought in most fantasy circles before the season began, Gillespie continues to surprise many. The Suns guard had another excellent night on Monday, shooting 70 percent from the field and recording a complete stat line. However, there may be an issue on the horizon for Gillespie managers. Jalen Green (hamstring) is expected to return on Tuesday in Philadelphia, and some of his minutes may come at Gillespie’s expense once he’s playing without any restrictions. Gillespie managers don’t need to panic, but that is something to watch.

Booker has scored at least 22 points in each of his last three appearances. However, he’s shot just 41.1 percent from the field over the past two weeks, which is why the Suns’ guard has not been a top-100 player during this stretch. Booker doesn’t bring much to the table in the defensive stats, and the assist production has not been what many hoped it would be before the season began. While the season-long value has been good, some fantasy managers may be disappointed that Booker has “only” been a top-50 player in eight-cat formats.

However, there were two negatives for fantasy managers in his most recent outing. For the sixth time in his last six appearances, Brooks did not record any defensive stats.
