Sunday’s double-double was Queta’s second in five games and fifth of the season, as he continues to hold down the starting center role in Boston. Rostered in 38 percent of Yahoo! leagues, the 7-footer is providing top-75 value in nine-cat formats. While Queta may not be an elite fantasy center, he’s a suitable option for managers who need boosts in rebounds, blocks and field-goal percentage.

While White did not record any steals on Sunday, the three blocked shots were the most in a game for him since November 23. The Celtics guard continues to provide excellent category league value, ranking well within the top-50 in eight- and nine-cat formats. White will only have one game on the schedule for Week 8, with the Celtics visiting the Bucks on Thursday.

White finished Week 7 with an excellent stat line, making it three straight and six of the last seven games in which he’s scored at least 30 points. The Celtics star kept the turnovers in check on Sunday, making it two straight appearances with three miscues or fewer. Brown and the Celtics play once during Week 8, as they visit the Bucks on Thursday. While the schedule isn’t great for fantasy managers, it is for a player who dealt with hamstring issues earlier this season.

The Cavaliers got off to an ice-cold start on the second night of a back-to-back, scoring a season-low 36 points in the first half. Mitchell came alive after the break, burying seven three-pointers and dropping 21 points in the second half as Cleveland roared back to make this one close. He had an opportunity to knock down a game-tying three-pointer in the final seconds but came up empty. The 29-year-old scoring machine is averaging 30.5 points, 4.8 rebounds, 5.5 assists, 1.4 steals and 0.3 blocks over 23 games this season. The Cavaliers are off until Friday when they face the floundering Wizards before closing out a two-game week with a home matchup against the Hornets.

Nae’Qwan Tomlin started this game with Darius Garland (toe) sidelined, and while he was able to contribute 13 points in 18 minutes, he wasn’t as effective as Wade. Though he typically hasn’t been a productive player in fantasy basketball, he was able to start the second half and turn in a strong stat line during his 29 minutes on the floor. Mitchell is enjoying the best offensive season of his career, which has gone under the radar due to the Cavaliers’ struggles. He’s averaging a career-best 30.6 points per game while also shooting over 50 percent from the floor for the first time in his career. “Only” scoring 28 points in this game actually dropped his average slightly. He’ll keep pouring in the points to help the Cavs stay afloat until they get healthy.

Tyson has been incredible as a starter during his second season in the NBA. He has been able to start more than expected due to various injuries, and he has taken advantage of the opportunity. In 14 starts this year, he is averaging 15.2 points, 5.6 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 2.6 three-pointers per game. As long as he is starting, he should be considered a must-roster player in every format.

The main knock on White this season has been a rough field goal percentage, but this was the third straight game he has shot at least 50 percent from the floor. He’s shooting 38.8 percent this season, which is a terrible mark, but it’s slowly getting better. Walsh has been an excellent defender as a starter for the Celtics, but the scoring hasn’t come consistently. However, during this four-game win streak, Walsh has scored in double figures three times, with this performance coming 24 hours after he had a career-best 22 points. After missing the first night of the Celtics’ back-to-back, Brown was back in the lineup for this game. After reaching double figures in 11 of his first 12 games this season, Simons has scored ten points or more in six of his last ten, including three straight. And the decrease in scoring has done significant damage to the guard’s fantasy value, as he does not produce much in other fantasy-relevant categories. Simons is ranked just outside the top-200 in eight-cat value, a significant departure from his production while in Portland. After scoring 17 points on 6-of-18 shooting in Sunday’s loss to the Celtics, Tyson was far better against the Pacers. The 27 points were the second-most for him in an NBA game, trailing only Tyson’s 31-point effort against the Pacers in the 2024-25 regular season finale. With Tyson starting 12 of the 17 games he’s appeared in, it’s clear that he’s considered to be a player who can provide consistent value within the Cavaliers’ rotation. Providing fifth-round value in nine-cat formats, Tyson is rightfully being rostered in some 14-team leagues.

Pritchard stepped up to carry Boston on the second night of a back-to-back with Derrick White (calf) sidelined, eclipsing the lofty 40-point mark for the first time this season.
