While Flagg did not have a good night shooting the basketball, going 6-of-14 from inside the arc, his production in other categories was excellent. He matched his season-high with the four blocks and also provided good value in rebounds and assists. Over the past two weeks, Flagg has provided fourth-round value in eight-cat formats. Dallas’ three-game Week 22 does not include a back-to-back, which should ensure Flagg’s availability as long as he’s healthy.

Washington has scored at least 20 points in three of his last four appearances, and he put up solid percentages in Saturday’s overtime defeat. However, like teammate Naji Marshall, his value in category leagues is somewhat limited due to the production outside of points and rebounds. Washington has provided seventh-round value over the past two weeks, which may be his ceiling as far as fantasy basketball is concerned.

Marshall has scored at least 25 points in three of his last four games, and he got up 23 shots on Saturday. That kind of volume can help compensate for the limited defensive production, as was the case against the Clippers. Even with the increased scoring, Marshall’s category league value remains low. That said, managers in points leagues should be more willing to roll the dice on him, even with the Mavericks limited to three games in Week 22.

Mobley recorded a complete stat line while shooting 80 percent from the field in Saturday’s victory. While the foul line remains problematic for those needing him to be better in that category, the Cavaliers’ forward/center has provided top-20 value since the All-Star break for managers willing to punt free throw percentage.

Having scored at least 20 points in three straight games, Harden’s double-double on Saturday was his first since a March 8 loss to the Celtics. Cleveland has been down some players recently, and that certainly hasn’t helped. However, Harden has provided top-25 value in eight-cat formats since the All-Star break. Cleveland is off until Tuesday, when it opens a three-game week against the Magic.

Mitchell played through a bloodshot left eye, which may have factored into his poor shooting night. However, he still put up 27 points, and fantasy managers can also benefit from the rebounds, assists and three-pointers. Unfortunately, the Cavaliers don’t have a great Week 22 schedule, as they play three games, with the last falling on Friday. Three games of Mitchell is better than four games of most players fantasy-wise, but fantasy managers certainly hoped for a better schedule.

Inserted into the Cavaliers’ starting lineup on Thursday due to Donovan Mitchell’s eye contusion, Tyson had an excellent night until late. The second-year wing recorded a double-double but had to leave due to an apparent toe injury. Mobley and the Cavaliers have played seven games since losing Jarrett Allen to a knee injury, and he has been excellent. Over the past two weeks, Mobley has averaged 22.4 points, 10.9 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 2.1 blocks per game while shooting 61.1 percent from the foul line. The issue for him has been the foul shooting, with Mobley making 44.1 percent of his attempts during this stretch. However, given how productive he has been, fantasy managers will be fine with the poor foul shooting.

With no Donovan Mitchell, the Cavaliers needed more scoring from Harden, and he answered the call. The Beard finished with his second 30-point game since joining the team, and the 36 were the most in a game for him since reaching that number in a January 16 win over the Wizards while still a member of the Clippers. Gafford was available on Wednesday after a three-game absence, but he did not return to the starting lineup. The Mavericks’ center was used in a reserve role, and he put up a season-high 24 points. Gafford has scored at least 20 points in three of his last four games, and he’s provided eighth-round value in eight-cat formats since the All-Star break. Gafford’s availability issues are why he’s rostered in just 23 percent of Yahoo! leagues, but he’s capable of having excellent nights like Wednesday.
DAL • Small Forward • #

At first glance, Flagg put up a solid stat line in Wednesday’s defeat. However, he was pestered by Dyson Daniels throughout the night, which negatively affected the rookie’s efficiency. In addition to shooting 40 percent from the field, Flagg was responsible for a season-high six turnovers. Nights like Wednesday have been few and far between for Flagg, and there aren’t many defenders in the NBA as good as Daniels. He’ll look to bounce back on Saturday against the Clippers.

Washington has reached double figures in each of his last four games, with the 23 points being the most he’s scored in nearly a month. Rostered in 40 percent of Yahoo! leagues, the veteran forward has been an 11th-round player in eight-cat formats since the All-Star break. That isn’t great fantasy value, but it’s good enough to keep Washington on the radar in 12-team leagues.

Mobley’s struggles from the free throw line continued, but he was able to turn in a monster performance aside from that. He set a new season-high for rebounds and was effective as a shot blocker once again. Washington had a solid night’s worth of production on Monday, as he shot efficiently from the floor on relatively limited shot attempts. He still converted over half of his looks to fall just short of the 20-point mark and tied a team-high in made three-pointers. There was nothing spectacular about Washington’s numbers from a fantasy standpoint, but he had a decent final line, all things considered.

Flagg put together another balanced performance on Monday. In the loss, he shot the ball fairly well from the field before finishing as one of two Mavericks to score at least 20 points, and led all Dallas players in rebounds in the process. The do-it-all rookie forward was also productive as a passer against the Pelicans before the final horn sounded. Add in his three stocks, and he comes away with a productive night from a fantasy standpoint.

Marshall led all scores in Monday’s Mavericks-Pelicans matchup, as he finished with a season-high in shot attempts. He reached the 30-point mark for the sixth time this season and also came up just a couple of rebounds and a few assists shy of a triple-double.
