Marshall was one of the Mavericks’ most productive players on Friday. He came off the bench and made nearly all of his two-point shots en route to finishing as one of six players to score in double figures. Flagg logged only 27 minutes in the fairly one-sided contest between the Mavs and Grizzlies on Friday. In his time on the floor, the 2025 first-overall pick shot efficiently from the field and reached double figures in scoring for the eighth time over his first nine regular-season games of his career. Flagg has yet to log any truly jaw-dropping stat lines during his rookie season. Christie led the Mavericks in scoring on a night in which no Dallas players hit the 20-point mark. He also scored in double figures for his seventh consecutive game and continues to shoot the ball well in the process. The fourth-year guard has found a nice rhythm and is comfortably in the Mavericks’ starting lineup at the moment. The versatile wing scored six of his points in the opening frame and also collected a pair of steals to set the tone early. On the heels of a dominant 20-point, 20-rebound performance against the Jazz, Duren once again logged a massive double-double on Friday in a Pistons victory. The fourth-year center utilized efficient shooting to reach the 30-point mark for the second time this season while collecting double-digit rebounds for the fifth time. It wasn’t a big scoring night for Thompson, but he was still able to make a big impact on this game by setting new season-highs for both steals and blocks. Could Duren be in for a breakout season this year? The easiest path to a breakout would be an injury to Isaiah Stewart, which would mean more minutes on a regular basis for Duren.
